WELL YES YOU CAN! Strawberries can be used for eating and drinking!

"Wow, really? thats coo-"

NOW.. LET ME TELL YOU THAT.. *takes breath* Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, making them a nutritious addition to various dishes and desserts.

"Okay.." *whispers* "didnt ask"

HUH?

"NOTHING- H-how do I make them"

{FOOD}

1. Strawberry Spinach Salad

- Ingredients -

Spinach leaves

Sliced strawberries

Thinly sliced red onion

Crumbled feta cheese

(OPTIONAL) candied pecans or walnuts (or any other nut)

(OPTIONAL) arugula

(OPTIONAL) blueberries, raspberries, dried cranberries, or mandarin oranges.

(OPTIONAL) poppy seeds

(OPTIONAL) boiled egg

- Dressing -

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and pepper for taste 🤌

- Instructions -

Wash and dry the spinach leaves thoroughly, place the spinach into a large bowl.

slice the red onions thinly and soak in water to stop a harsh aftertase. (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!).

(OPTIONAL) you can also add half of some arugula for spice! Wash them and add them into the large bowl.

After you wash the spinach, place them into a large bowl and slice your strawberries, and crumble the feta cheese. Add those ingredients into the large bowl as well. Once your red onions are done soaking, add them to the bowl too.

(OPTIONAL) bake your pecans, wallnuts, or whatever nut your using. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and make to flip the sides!

In a small seprate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing for your salad.

(OPTIONAL) you can also add some poppy seeds in the dressing as well!

Pour the dressing over the bowl of salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients with the dressing.

Serve as a refreshing snack. You can also have it as a side dish with some chicken, shrimp, or pasta! You can also add a boiled egg too!
