inspired by a post by @the-colossal​ here are screenshots of the stray models i extracted and built to use as art ref for myself - i hope they are useful to you too!

apologies for the haphazard organisation of these. i realise some are quite hard to make out - you can download all of them in super ultra mega Large™️ version (5000 px wide!) from here (google drive link to a 50mb .zip download)

Just got into Stray a few weeks ago and I had Momo and the cat

I saw that lots of people were making Companion sonas for the new game, Stray, so I decided to join in! Here’s my Companion sona, Mekhi!

Companion Anatomy Analysis (Based off of in-game observations) because finding a good image of these guys is damn near impossible

Seeing a lack of a ref for these robots, I decided to make my own by using game screenshots for reference (more like taking a picture of the tv because I was playing on the PS5 and I didn’t wanna bother much with the screenshot feature)

I also made a sort of catalog of the different head variants you can find.

Notes:

-I didn’t draw the head with the hair because there was no way for me to do it with it being constant at each angle

-even though I was aiming for accuracy in these, feel free to stylize it for your art needs

-for some of these, I had to use some guess work so just keep that in mind

-in game, Blazer’s head floats above the neck so there’s no real connection and the wires behind cover it up

This is also as good as it’s gonna get unless a better ref comes around. Also if there are any inaccuracies or suggestions please tell

Edit: the “PeaceKeeper” is actually called “PeaceMaker” but I’m too lazy to edit the image
