The beauty of breathing movements, and meditation as a whole, is that it can be done anywhere. You don't require any equipment, specific physical condition or prior yoga experience. Fascia Yoga is a meditative practice combining breathing exercises and micro-stretching, to improve holistic relaxation, encourage positive thought processes and reduce symptoms of anxiety.
