i love the boots i’m wearing today but they have no foot support At All. and if i have no foot support i tend to supinate my feet and now my arch hurts so so bad. so i went back to my apartment in between classes to find my shoe insert things because i could barely walk without wincing

#anyways. love that. i don’t use the insert things correct technically they’re like a sock. but i wear them crooked so i physically cannot #supinate my foot. so now my foot (when i walk) is suitably flat. but it also sort of supports the arch of the foot #complicated to explain but whatever it works that’s all that matters <3 anyways i have to go to class in like. a few minutes 😭
