I’m better at not lashing out at people now compared to when i was in high school but dear god some people are seriously testing me right now

i miss my 3ds actually :( it was working fine for years and years and then i dropped it a month ago and it stopped turning on and the frustrating thing is now i cant figure out whats wrong with it. usually the issue its having (blue light, but screen flicker before it actually boots up) means one of the screens or ribbon cables is damaged... but i put the motherboard into my brothers old 3ds to see and it still wont boot :( i thought it was maybe a poor battery terminal connection issue because one was a little bent and with slight pressure on the battery i could get it to boot and stay alive for a few seconds but it has since stopped even doing that no matter how much i try to make sure everything is in its proper place. -_- since the cables didnt change anything and fiddling with the battery did let it boot for a bit it could just be that the entire battery terminal part needs to be replaced and i have access at work to the tools i would need to do that... but i cant seem to find the replacement part online -x-

What is UPS and its functionality?

UPS stands for Uninterruptable Power Supply. It is an electronic power supply which leads for enable some load for short period of time when electricity goes off.

There are Two Types of UPS system

Offline UPS

Online UPS

How UPS Works?

Simply UPS means provides uninterrupted power to the AC load. This AC load converts into DC power. It is also known as standby or emergency power supply and standby generator. After light shut down it switch into the battery bank power and provides 10-15 minutes standard backup time at full load.

In operating conditions, the current is drawn from the main AC power supply or power grid, while Online UPS provides load current in case of a power failure. Here the battery is used as the backup source to transfer power to the load in case of power break.

UPS power range and backup time

Each UPS have different output power, which is designed and calculated according to the connected load. Usually, the output power is shown in the volt-ampere (VA) unit. The common online or offline UPS output power in the market are 600VA, 1kVA, 1.5kVA, 2kVA, 6kVA, 10kVA, 15kVA, and 20kVA and also available in higher kva e.g30Ka, 100Kva etc. Backup time is the time that UPS can provide the connected load/loads and depends on how many batteries UPS has.
