Okay, so hear me out. Beetlejuice. I know that it came out in 1988, but I feel that Eddie would just jump all over that movie.

it's short but sweet, I hope this was something like you pictured.

Also-- i don't know if he does in the movie, since it's been a minute since I've seen it, but in the animated series Beetlejuice calls Lydia "babes".

“Come on babes, it’ll be great!” Eddie begs you. 

“Eddie, seriously? They’re not even technically a couple!” You roll your eyes as you stare at the Beetlejuice and Lydia costumes. 

Ever since the movie had come out, Eddie had been obsessed with it. Now he wanted you two to go to Steve’s Halloween Party in a ‘couple’ costume.

“Come on baby, I’ll make it worth your while,” he wraps his arms around you from behind, ticking your earlobe with his tongue. 

“That’s playing dirty, Munson,” 

“Only way I do it, babes,” he chuckled in his best “Beetlejuice” voice. 

“Is this how you convinced Harrington to make it a ‘Beetlejuice’ themed party?” you smirked. 

“Maybe,” he smirked back, playing along. 

“What?!” Your eyes widened, not liking this game anymore. 

“I’m kidding Y/N, chill,” he chuckled, pulling you into a kiss. “....I bet I could get him to dress as Lydia with me,” he adds with a cheeky smile. 

“He’d probably look better in that red wedding dress anyway,” you teased, nodding at the costume in front of you. 

“Probably,” he gave you a tongued smile, to which you promptly hit him. 

“Shut up and get the costumes, BJ,” you rolled your eyes with a smile, making his eyes light up like a Christmas tree. 

“Thank you babes,” he grabbed the costumes off the rack and kissed you once more. 

“You’ve made me the happiest demon alive,”
