and that anon left stuff out. mbc said SM told them to cut snsd performance at dmz. They made tiffany the first victim for the mediaplay and they didn't provide Taeyeon with security in Jakarta and fans mobbed her she got hit with a camera and fell to the ground and was crying and her manager had to carry her away. I don't care about them that much (but this is all over my dash) especially not Taeyeon but shit SM wtf

Wow that’s….a lot… What is SM doing? Last I heard they were still in negotiations, so shouldn’t they be kissing everyone in SNSD’s behind? Or at the very least, members like Taeyeon (who had the most popular solo projects among the 8 members)????

At the most basic level, this is all bad business. Not to even begin to mention how fucked up this for the girls who’ve mostly been with SM since they were little kids?

Hi AK! How've u been with all the mess thats goin on with sm and snsd? I am a new sone and I can confidently say that I have experienced one hell of a rollercoaster ride which I missed during 2014 xD I was looking forward to this comeback & its nothing I was expecting. I think, coz 1 week promo is normal now according to a so called article, I feel dat snsd and sm backed out on any kind of appearance which features the new songs and hence if they appear, it may be counted as promo. Thoughts?

Whatever the reason(s) is/are for the promotions of Holiday Night ending so soon, I will assume the soshi girls are fully aware of and are okay with, based on how chill their SNS activity was during that time. So unless there is some indication from them about it, I won’t point fingers.

I think things got a tad dramatic, naturally since emotions were running very high for SNSD’s 10th anniversary. Many things were said by people. High profile fans with certain reputations said many things. News articles were coming out left, right, centre. So many SONE were thrown around by all the different information flying around online.

Many theories emerged. Theories of conspiracies especially. Industry conspiracy, media-play conspiracy etc. I guess when people don’t know how to explain something, they get very imaginative. It’s human to do so. Like how people in the past were convinced there are witches and hunted women down and burnt them at the stake. Only with more knowledge later, were we able to dispel that line of hysteria.

For me, I was just looking at the SNS posts coming from the girls themselves. Several members were uploading posts and there was no hint of any kind of shading of their company during that time.

I was also looking at their schedules. We all know about Taeyeon and Hyoyeon’s Indonesia schedule now. Hyoyeon flew to Indonesia on the 16th. That’s a Wednesday. Taeyeon flew on the 17th. Both only returned on the 19th. And you have Seohyun + Sooyoung filming. And Yuri’s injured ankle.

That’s 5 out of 8 members who would have had difficulty making it for pre-recordings for MCD & MuCore and there would only be Inkigayo left. So consider that for a moment.

On top of everything, the sales of Holiday Night was already rocketing and breaking SNSD’s own records of physical sales. Consider that too.

To me, the greatest mystery is the editing of SNSD out from the DMZ concert. I will just say ‘no idea, no comment’ to that.
