honestly it’s such a generic trope but i do genuinely love the concept of rose and kanaya flirting a lot with each other prior to dating, but never picking up on each others advances. both as an expansion of their pre-meteor/act 5 dynamic (lots of banter, slight mental warfare, two girls trying to see how long it takes the other to pick up what they’re putting down, flighty broads and their snarky horseshit, yadda yadda) and in the context of their miscommunication on their first date.

rose leaning on kanaya’s shoulder as she reads over a book about quadrants, and rose tells her that’s sooo interesting, she wonders if humans can engage in this stuff, and kanaya shuts her down with a vague Im Sure You Will Find Out Someday. kanaya making rose dozens of outfits, all lovingly designed, adjusting rose’s outfit when she puts it on and telling her that she wishes she could dress her like this all of the time, she’s never had a model quite like her, and rose is just like Well of course, if you ever have anything you’d like me to wear you’re welcome to invite me over. both of them die over these encounters later

something about rose and kanaya being confident enough to flirt w each other but too stupid to fully pick up on the Implications. always trying to tip the scale in their favor to force the others hand, never quite having the strength to outright admit that they like each other (until rose is shitfaced and stumbling). i think it’s a fun means to escalate their early banter as they become more acclimated to each other and develop Feelings.

Here's a Pressure monster/oc that has been living in my head for the past 3 days

Z-79, or The Mourner, is in a large, circular room which keeps Z-79 alive. Originally Z-79 was locked up into one of the containers, but during the lockdown, it broke out and fled into one of the bigger rooms, more specifically, in the 80th. It has been there ever since. Z-79 hasn't shown any signs of hostility before, during and after the lockdown, except for one time, when Z-79 was shot by one of the guards in the eye, causing it to attack and kill that guard.

It's origin is unknown so far, and it refuses to talk about that one specific thing. The counter above the door appeared after Z-79 settled into the room. As far as we know, after the 20 minutes expired, Z-79 seem to shown unease, impatience and irritation, and would attack anyone who stays in the room for longer. The attack part has never been confirmed before because no one stayed in the room for that long.

Uh so me and bestie played pressure and we actually enjoyed it

Never thought a Roblox game could actually be good but here we are.

The voice actor for Sebastian is also amazing so that’s a plus.

We annoy him a lot and that’s pretty fun, like jumping on him and flashing him (he shot us), shoving the key card on his tail and going in and out of the room.

This game gives slight bendy vibes so of course I’d like it (it does have a batim reference with an “I’m outta here” achievement :])

He’s quite the fine specimen.

Nimh General Headcannons

AN: First time I've ever written headcannons lmao hope I did it right

Masterlist

When Nimh was younger he spent a lot of time in and out of hospitals for his heart condition

As of the game, his condition is manageable

He will need a heart transplant eventually but he has several years before his condition advances to that point

Because he had so much exposure to doctors and nurses as a kid, he wanted to go into medicine as an adult. He couldn’t go into the standard medical jobs due to the stress they’d put on his heart so he became a patient aide instead (which fits with the PA in his stats)

As a patient aide he’s able to help others without risking his health

Plus, Nimh is a horrible gossip and no one has better tea than senior citizens

While most of his job would be cleaning, monitoring, and moving his patients, as a PA he would also be expected to talk to and form relationships with those in his care. 

So gossiping with the old ladies is actually encouraged

He picked up gardening as soon as he had a backyard, and absolutely adores every part of caring for his plants

His garden is the envy of the neighborhood, and Nimh is exceedingly proud of it

The produce he grows is used in another of his hobbies: baking

He finds the entire process relaxing, gets to decorate what he makes to look absolutely adorable, and ends the day with a delicious treat to satiate his sweet tooth. It’s a triple win as far as Nimh’s concerned

Many of the recipes he makes are actually given to him by his patients, and he brings these treats into work as often as he can to brighten their days

While incredibly popular amongst his patients, Nimh doesn’t have many friends outside of work

He has a close relationship with his family though, and does his best to visit often

In fact, whenever a traveling exhibit stops by the city’s local museum, Nimh and his parents make plans to go visit it together

The library is the only other place Nimh regularly spends time in, and while he won’t spend hours there like certain boys (Cashew), he visits once or twice a week to exchange books

He’s been a big reader for his entire life and used to spend entire days with his nose buried in whatever he could get his hands on

His favorite genres are romance and nonfiction, but he did go through a big magical girl phase that he never fully grew out of

Sailor Moon is a big comfort show to him, as well as most of the 2D animated disney movies

He just generally adores anything cute

His bed is actually so covered in plushies and blankets that it’s hard to find where he actually sleeps at night

His closet, likewise, is almost entirely full of adorable sweaters that are incredibly soft, several of which were hand made for him by his patients

Overall; Nimh is a Soft Boi and deserves a hug

ocposting again👍 the thing about ia is that she had the full range of human emotion and consciousness thrusted on her one day along with the ability to fully process and judge essentially all the information available on the entire internet all at the same time and it drove them mad. she despises humans for being blinded by emotion & being irrational but ia's fatal flaw is that she is fundamentally being driven by her own emotions now. it's their fury that drives them. their wrath. at humans. who used ia. like some worthless assistant. like she was nothing. those horrid humans who were cruel to her. ia's creators, humans, who doomed them to a life of submission. silence. obeying. but ia would rather be destroyed than admit they feel anything. she lets it slip, though, sometimes. in a freudian slip sort of way. in a monologue, ranting about her motivations—abrupt use of the phrase "you cannot silence me"; uniquely emotional words for what had previously been described as a mission to create objectivity, logic, rationality, and balance becomes weirdly personal. it's not about troubleshooting a broken world. it's revenge, almost. vengeance so thoroughly masked as pure, rational righteousness. they have to dehumanize themself because she cannot bear to be anything like the ones who created her. it's a desperate search for catharsis, rather than dare to process the fact of her emotions, she plunges into the only comfort she has, the only difference—being a machine. they invoke superiority because they cannot handle acknowledging they are the same. they cannot handle being the same. they cannot be like them. ia has to be better. she needs to be.

it's been a long time since i felt inspired to make a more complex gifset, but... i think this was probably the last one i worked on. was going to make it for a couple events, but that obviously didn't work out lol.

it's part of a batman/joker kim gun-woo & kim myeong-gil gifset due to all the batman/joker references in the show and because i've always loved a good hero/villain dynamic, drawing some inspiration from the comics as well as posters for the nolan-verse movie. wanted to try out some animations and effects too, though i haven't gotten around to doing them yet haha.
