In this process of grieving, i am finding that it’s most important how I #TalkToMyself What I say to me when I feel defeated and overwhelmed, determines whether I get out of bed or not. What I say to me when I feel intimidated or as if I am@not enough, determines if I will still allow myself to shine in/on the world.. if I will try one more time.. or if I will surrender to defeat. If I will write another poem. Take another picture… Drop another verse Love myself more than enough to love them too.. #selftalk has made the indisputable difference between me giving up or going in… And I’m still here. I’m not going a damn place no time soon..
