Musibah

Abis nonton videonya Tamara Kalinic pas doi kena musibah kerampokan kayaknya tahun lalu ya. Semua perhiasan, tas koleksi senilai 300ribu euro hilang dirampok. Terus dia cerita respon orang-orang dan aku relaaaateee banget kayanya semua orang yang baru dapet musibah ternyata dapet respon kayak gini.

1. Respon “you must have done something wrong”. Abis kejadian Salma aku dapet beberapa pertanyaan yang mengimplikasikan kalo pasti aku yang salah, I deserved this. Mulai dari yang “Kok bisa? kecapean kerja ya?” sampe ke “mungkin karena terlalu sering posting di sosmed jadi kena penyakit ain”. Capek. Yang mereka ga tau, tanpa dituduh kayak gini aja pertanyaan “did I do something wrong” itu terus berputar di kepala ga kelar-kelar. Si Tamara sih dapetnya kata-kata “ya itulah konsekuensi kamu pamer-pamer tas di sosial media/blog/youtube”. I don’t know. Kedengerannya sepintas kayak care ya biar ini ga kejadian lagi, maybe it came from a good place but I haateee hate hate hate this kind of comments. Apakah aku anti kritik? Hmm, atau mungkin waktunya berduka bukanlah waktu yang tepat untuk mengkritik? Atau ya unsolicited critic is never welcome aja sih buat aku.

2. Respon dari orang-orang yang sayang sama kita. Bener-bener musibah itu adalah salah satu ujian bukan cuma buat kita tapi juga untuk menguji siapa yang bener-bener peduli sama kita. Support dari orang-orang baik inilah yang bikin aku kuat. Temen-temen, keluarga, sampe komunitas Indonesia di Canberra yang notabene belum kenal-kenal banget yaAllah pada baik-baik banget. They took care of us, support us, mendoakan sampe ikut nyumbang juga buat pemakamannya Salma. It meant a lot for us. Bener-bener ga susah loh sebenarnya buat support orang yang sedang berduka, kata-kata dan doa yang template aja, kalo tulus, udah cukup. 

Intinya ya di kehidupan sehari-hari yang happy-happy, pasti banyak juga teman untuk hahahihi. Tapi ternyata pas hidup lagi berat-beratnya, banyak juga yang ternyata ga bisa merespon dan mensupport kita dengan baik. Its okay :)
