"Good morning boys! Welcome to Tangeum Lake Summer Camp. My name is Seokjin and I'll be one of your coordinators' assistant. I'm here to help them keep you in check but ,most importantly, I'm here to make sure you have a great time with us and help you in case you ever need anything!"

His smile was beaming, that was the first thing Taehyung noticed. It put him off in a way. Why would a good looking boy who was barely older than him willingly take care of a bunch of annoying teenagers?

"What's your name?"

Taehyung looked around. Great, he was talking to him now.

"Kim Taehyung"

"Nice to meet you, Taehyung-ah. I hope I'll be able to turn that frown upside down by the end of the summer"

Once again he was flashes a bright smile. Taehyung really didn't want to be there.

He'd been sent there by his parents as correctional punishment after they'd found his small weed stash. It couldn't have been more than a gram, but his parents hadn't taken it well. His dad had already been drunk so instead of raising the bottle to his lips first, he directly started having his fun yelling about what a good for nothing disappointment his son was and reinforced the message with harsh blows to the boy's torso. Taehyung was still carrying purple bruises on his ribcage.

The first couple of days, he refused to talk to anyone. He sat alone for their meals and was always the first one to head to sleep, missing out on the bonfires. His only social interactions were limited to the group activities that they were forced into every day, but even then he never really spoke much. None of the other boys particularly cared, all of them already had their friends anyway. But Seokjin noticed and he didn't like the idea of the younger boy being alone. So, on the fifth night, he went to the cabin he was staying in to talk to him. He didn't think about knocking before he opened the door.

When he looked up from the handle he was met with a broad back of golden skin littered in dark spots of purple, black, and blue with some hints of yellow and green. He immediately rushed forward to check on the boy, but as soon as he reached out with his hand Taehyung closed his eyes and flinched. Seokjin stopped dead in his tracks. He just watched as Taehyung pulled a shirt over his head.

"What do you want?" he wasn't even looking at him. Was he ashamed?

"I just wanted to check in on you"

"Well, I'm fine. Can you leave now?"

Seokjin didn't move. Something inside him was yelling at him to stay and take care of the boy.

"Taehyung-ah" he took a step forward "do you wanna talk about it?"

"I-I don't know"

"It's okay, you don't have to tell me anything. Just-" Seokjin but his hand on Taehyung's "know that you can always talk to me, okay? About anything."

Taehyung looked up for the first time. He was teary eyed and nodded weakly.

After that Seokjin made sure to keep an eye on Taehyung. He'd slip little chocolate treats into his pocket at lunch and go to him when everyone else was at the bonfire. Little by little, Taehyung started talking more. First, it was little things about his life back in Daegu. His friends, school, his hobbies. Then, he started sharing more. He talked about how is father was an alcoholic and his mom never really said anything. He talked about the abuse and why he was sent to camp.

Seokjin's heart ached with every word they boy spoke, but he never let it show, trying to be professional. But that didn't last too long. One night, after all had been put out in the open, they decided to go for a walk. They were basking in the moonlight, the lake to their left and woods to the right. Technically they weren't supposed to be out of the camp's confines, but the elder knew his way around. They were just chatting and skipping stones when they saw a light pointing towards them. One of the tutors had been walking around to make sure that none of the boys were engaging in activities that were not allowed when he'd spotted two figures throwing rocks into the lake.

Seokjin to the younger's hand and dragged him into the woods. They ran and ran until the screaming faded into the distance. When they finally stopped they were both panting messes. They stood there, hands on their knees and breaths heavy and eyes fixed on the way the other's chest was rising and falling. When they could finally breathe properly they looked each other in the eye and just burst out laughing.

Taehyung's back was resting against a tree.

"Who would've thought that good 'ol Jinnie-hyung would help the youngster with a criminal record escape from camp security."

"Oh shut the fuck up, you brat. You don't have a criminal record, you were just dumb enough to keep your weed at home"

The laughter, too, subsided and they were left in silence.

"Hyung"

The elder hummed.

"Come here."

Seokjin looked confused but walked towards the younger nonetheless.

When he was an arm's length away, Taehyung grabbed his wrist and pulled him forward. Next thing they knew, their lips were touching. It was slow but nowhere near long enough, but when they pulled away and Seokjin rested his forehead on the younger, they both smiled.

They were very aware that what they were doing was going to hurt them both in the end, but in that moment, it was everything.

They had two months left so they decided to make the most of them.

Every night they'd meet at the cabin right after dinner and find a good hideout to just make out or hold hands. Their relationship was mostly just soft touches and even softer kisses, nothing more. And they were content. More than either of them had been in their whole lives.

But everything comes to an end eventually. Summer couldn't last forever.

September came quicker than they'd anticipated and both of them had to go back to their lives. Daegu and Gwacheon were not that far, but they weren't close enough either.

The night before their departure Seokjin scribbled his phone number and home address on Taehyung's forearm.

"You're more stupid than I thought if you think I'm gonna let you so, TaeTae"

Everything went perfectly for the first few months. They texted and called every single day, sometimes even video chatted a couple of times.

But the world had never been kind to boys who fell in love with other boys, and it had never been kind to Kim Taehyung.

Timing was crucial in their relationship, both of them aware that the younger's dad was not a forgiving man and extremely set in his ways, and him finding out would've been dangerous.

They had scheduled times when they were free to talk around Taehyung's father shifts, and it didn't occur to them that one day he might get home earlier.

But, around a month after camp had ended, that day came. They were about to end their weekly video call when it happened.

"Okay so what are you gonna tell them?"

"That I'm spending the weekend at Yoongi-hyung's"

"Okay. Did you get your train tickets, sunshine?"

"Of course, Jinnie. I even have my bags packed already."

"Good, baby. I can't wait for Friday."

"Same. The weekend can't come fast enough."

Taehyung left out a soft sigh.

"I just wanna kiss you again"

"Just two more days and you'll be right here in my arms, TaeTae."

"Yeah, I know"

"I love you."

The younger's frown disappeared and was replaced with the wide, boxy grin that the elder loved.

"I love you too, hyungie"

Then, a crash. A beer bottle flew from a side of the room to the other and almost hit him in the head.

"What the fuck is this?"

"Dad I-"

"Who is this, huh? Is my son getting fucked liked a bitch now too? Weren't you satisfied with how much of a disappointment you were?"

Tears formed in his eyes, but he refused to let them spill.

"Sir, please don't hurt him. It's all my fault-"

Taehyung disconnected the call. He didn't want his Jinnie to get caught up in his mess.

After that night, Taehyung's constellation of bruises kept growing. He didn't have his phone anymore so he couldn't talk to his hyung, but he'd kept the elder's address.

He sent only one letter.

"I'll work it out, I promise.

I'll send another letter as soon as I have a plan just, please, don't forget about me.

I love you, TaeTae"

Seokjin knew better than to reply, so he just waited. He knew he could trust Taehyung.

In the meanwhile, Taehyung kept going to school and pretending to have forgotten all about the "boy who corrupted him".

It took two months for his father to trust him enough to let him leave the house for anything other than school. With this newfound freedom, Taehyung decided that he was gonna try his luck.

He sent the letter, bought the train tickets, packed his bags, and left a note.

"Gonna be at Yoongi-hyung's for the weekend, we have a project coming up."

His father didn't care enough to know that Yoongi wasn't even one of his classmates.

And he left.

When he got to Seokjin's house, he burst into tears. Their first night together was spent like that, rocking each other through the crying and exchanging soft kisses that were drenched in tears. The second one went better, they hung out the way they used to when they sneaked to the woods during camp. Just, this time around, they were a tangle of limbs on a soft mattress. In a house where they knew that their actions were not something to be ashamed of. Something that didn't hold any consequence. They thrived in the freedom, so much so that they drunk off of it. Shy touches became more firm and sure, soft kisses became hot and desperate. Their hands wandered and they studied each other's bodies as if they were sacred scriptures. Something holy and worth worshipping. And worship they did.

The last day was spent basking in the afterglow, trying desperately to stop counting the minutes until the younger's departure in the back of their minds.

Despite the heaviness in their hearts, they knew that this goodbye was surely going to be temporary. An unspoken promise of sorts that could be found in the way they looked at each other.

Sure, the world had never been kind to Kim Taehyung. But it had given him Seokjin, and Taehyung knew that there was nothing that could ever take his hyung away from him.

BTS on Christmas

Warnings: this is so cute but so rude at the same time, let’s cry. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Namjoon

You are having the best honeymoon at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall hotel in Montego Bay, Jamaica; like the one you've always dreamed of. You owed it to your in-laws in fact. It had been a surprise to both of you while enjoying the last waltz at your wedding.

It seemed so far away, but it had only happened three days ago. And now you are here, in this beautiful place with your beautiful husband. You think that you are dreaming because you can’t be so lucky, but everything you’re living is real.

You’re gathered in the high dining room, with a group of extreme athletes who have believed that Namjoon was a "savage in life" for having been thrown from a cliff into the water on yesterday afternoon's expedition. The truth is that he stumbled upon a large rock while refusing to jump with you, which sent him turning straight into the sea.

You see him smiling around those people and from that you feel how the emotions starts to win and, as you don’t want to cry in front of everyone, you decide to go out and take some fresh air. Putting as an excuse the fireworks show that is about to start.

A warm Christmas night full of stars looms over you as you lean on the balcony railing on the fourth floor. The breeze begins to take a small tear out of your face.

Suddenly, some hands slide down your waist and attract you to the heat of another body. You turn slightly to see Nam smiling at you, showing his beautiful dimples. You slide your hands over his to strengthen his grip while caressing his arms with the tips of your fingers.

You hear that everyone inside begins to toast, since the clock strickes twelve o'clock and although maybe you went out to see the fireworks, the sight of the brunette behind you, is much better.

"Merry Christmas, beautiful." He says, and you lean back even more, raising your face to give him access to your lips.

"Merry Christmas, Joonie." You say before he gives you a long, soft kiss that takes your breath away. When you separate, you turn and lay your head on his chest. Both enjoy the rest of the show, one next to the other, forever.

SeokJin

Getting to Gwangcheon had been an odyssey. The great snowfalls had made the whole journey a real journey mess and even though SeokJin didn’t stop talking, singing and telling jokes so that you were relaxed, you couldn’t help shivering with nerves; at least until you fell asleep.

Now you start enjoying the night feeling sheltered from the cold winter, in the comfortable armchair of the Kim family. You are next to SeokJin observing how he plays with his nephew in his arms. The little boy keeps crushing your man's cheeks when he inflates them, making puncture sounds when he releases the air through his mouth. The laughter of the child mixed with those of SeokJin fill your heart and you really want tonight to be just as special for everyone.

When a small chime gives notice that it’s already midnight, the boy runs around the room to the large Christmas tree where the rest of the family gathers.

Meanwhile, SeokJin meets your eyes, touched by the scenes you witnessed moments ago and takes your hands in his.

"Merry Christmas, my love." He says in a romantic tone.

"I'm pregnant, SeokJin." you declare in a hurry, leaving him completely perplexed. "Ah... and... Merry Christmas, love."

"Are you serious?" He asks, with a twinkle in his eyes when he manages to understand just a little of what you're trying to tell him. You nod as you move your hands to your flat belly and smile.

"Wow... I think this is the best Christmas gift I have ever been given." He says and laughs loudly.

Yoongi

He opens the door of the loft, completely ignoring the fact that you have not yet entered and walks straight into his study to lock himself up.

You knew that you had screwed up when you met your ex at the restaurant where you two were having Christmas’ dinner. Yoongi wasn’t especially jealous, but you knew that your ex had gone too far with the groping and the way he spoke to you. He was still an idiot and for you, it was history.

Your boyfriend didn’t enjoy that, and even more when he saw that you had little control of the situation. He paid the bill, took your hand (but not before threatening your ex) and took you to the car.

And despite all the repertoire of apologies you gave him on the way to the apartment on Gyeonggi-do, you are now outside his studio, ringing three times, as you usually do, to open the door. As you don’t get an answer, you speak to the security camera that’s on top of it.

"Why are you being so irrational just today, Yoon? I don’t know what else to tell you. Do you know that he means nothing to me? This is the way you wanted to spend Christmas Eve?"

You go to the kitchen, take the champagne from the refrigerator and serve it in two glasses. You place yourself again in front of the door and say: "It's 00:00, Yoonie and this Christmas... it's not happy if I don’t share it with you because... I don’t want to be anywhere else... you know?" And your tears begin to sprout from you. The glasses slip from your hands and hit the ground, splitting into several pieces.

You cover your eyes, but seconds later, you feel his hands pushing yours away from your face, to be able to see you. He has also started to cry.

"Don’t cry." You said with your lower lip trembling. "Yoonie, I love you and never..." You start talking, but his lips stop you. Taking your face with both hands, he kisses you with need, as if he wanted to show the pain he would feel if he lost you.

He cleans with his fingers the tears that roll down your cheeks and you do the same with his.

"Merry Christmas," he says smiling weakly.

"Merry Christmas Yoonie," you say hugging him.

"We have to clean up this mess," he says after a while, looking down at the ground.

"We have." You agree. Separating from him laughing, while you sniff your nose.

Hoseok

Inside the cozy log cabin on the shores of Lake Tangeum in Chungju, you're with Hoseok and his family celebrating Christmas Eve.

They had decided to rest on Christmas weekend in a place away from the city and although you had agreed, because you knew you would make Hoseok happy, you wished you could have a little more privacy. The rooms were shared so you had aborted the plan to play a game of Christmas sex roles.

Everyone is dining comfortably at the table, but your displeased expression is reflected on your face when Hoseok asks you if you're okay.

"I had prepared a surprise for you later, but we will never be alone, really." You say looking at the people sitting around you.

At that moment, Hoseok brings his mouth to your ear and whispers in a raspy voice: "Don’t worry sweetheart, I just reserved the cabin at the end of the lake for a couple of hours" and your legs come together in anticipation. "Yes, exactly. So, when that clock strikes midnight, we get out of here, okay? "He proposes and leaves a kiss on your cheek to continue talking with a big smile on his face. The same one that currently pulls your corners.

When the 00hs sounds, Hoseok drinks his cup and you drink yours. Both toasted with festive joy. "Merry Christmas for everyone" shouts Hoseok with open arms making everyone laugh. And while the rest prepare to light fireworks outside in front of the lake, he takes you by the hand to go out in the opposite direction.

"Wait!" You whisper for her to stop. "I have to look for something in the suitcase first" you say smiling sideways.

"I'll be waiting outside," he says smiling with both indexes while raising his shoulders.

Jimin

"I think I didn't do it very well," says Jimin. Both are sitting on the sofa in the living room in your apartment, located in Hongdae, Seoul. You're watching the Christmas presentation of BTS on TV. "I was wrong in that part. You see? The crossing of the hands wasn't down but on the right," he says, supporting both elbows on his knees, denying as he lowers his head.

For you, that choreography had been simply perfect, but this wasn't the first time you had to face the insecurities of your boyfriend. You know he's too stubborn to let it go. But here you are, rejecting what he has said and adding that, if the choreography was not that way, it was so good that no one noticed that little detail. "Think about it this way Jimin: they’re not seeing your hands at that moment. They look at your face right... there! Did you see that!? You bit your lip looking that way! That, friend, is very rude." You say exaggerating the situation to make him laugh. But he watches you with a slight smile on his lips and you know he has not finished feeling bad about it yet.

So, you stretch your hands and join your body with his in a warm embrace. He approaches by taking you by the waist and resting his head on your chest. "Today is Christmas Eve, Jimin. Don't let this affect you." You say while stroking your fingers behind his back. "I also have your gift right here." You add leaving a kiss on the top of his head, to separate and go in search of the small bright red package.

"Merry Christmas," you say, jumping up when you give it to him and you sit down next to him again. "What is it?" He asks, inspecting it. "Open it! I really can't wait for you to see it."

Jimin begins to remove the wrapper and discovers a black box with large golden letters that read: Rolex.

"Oh for God's sake, tell me what you didn't." He says as he looks at the details of the luxurious watch you've given him. "This... this is very expensive. You really shouldn't have." And you laugh because actually, you paid less than half of what is really worth.

The watch belonged to your boss's collection. And he was fanatical of those who, without even using them, replaced them with new ones. He was very good to you when you explained the reasons, deciding to make a huge discount on one of your own collection.

"Do you like it?" You ask when he places it on his wrist and stretches his arm to see how it looks. The color of the steel with golden details combines perfectly with his skin.

"I love it, really, I can't believe it." He says looking into your eyes, "but... my gift... is not as good as yours." He laments, and you roll your eyes. "Jimin, you're a liar. Do you know why?" You say, taking his face with both hands. "You are the best gift and nothing can overcome that. I want you to know that."

"I love you" he says before leaving a tender kiss on your lips. "Merry Christmas, princess."

Taehyung

It's the first time you spend Christmas with Taehyung and your family, on the Upper West Side of New York.

It wasn’t planned though. You thought that he would be in Seoul with his companions, but guess who knocked on the door of your parents' house that morning of Christmas Eve? Yes, it was your sweet TaeTae.

You don’t know how he got there. You haven’t spoken to him about your parents or their place of residence, but you’re grateful that now you can hold him while you lie on his chest and see the snowy landscape through one of the windows in the room.

He leaves a kiss on your crown while he tells you in a soft voice how much he has missed you and how much he loves you.

Holding back the tears so as not to cry, he separates from you and, with a big square smile and shining eyes, says "I prepared something for tonight." As he approaches the grand piano.

The whole family gathers around it and the melody of "Jingle bell rock" begins to sound.

You can’t help but laugh with the gestures he makes while singing and ask your parents to continue with the chorus of the song.

When it ends, everyone applauds and cheers the "great pianist". They start asking him to please do it one more time.

At first, he refuses modestly but then he accepts saying he was preparing this for a very special person and you know it's you when Taehyung starts playing. “All I want for Christmas is you”.

“I don't want a lot for Christmas

There is just one thing I need

I don't care about the presents

Underneath the Christmas tree…”

He sings and diverts his gaze to you. He invites you with a side gesture to take a seat next to him. You settle as close as possible and rest your hand on his leg, caressing it, while he continues:

“I just want you for my own

More than you could ever know

Make my wish come true oh

All I want for Christmas is you”

And when it's over, his gaze rests on you and nothing exists around you two now.

"Merry Christmas, my love" he says in a deep voice and you throw yourself to kiss him desperately making him laugh in your mouth.

Jungkook

Traveling to Japan seemed like it had become a habit for Jungkook, but since you knew it was the way he expressed his affection for the people who mattered most to him, you agreed to go.

The evening of Christmas Eve, you two had toured the colorful streets of Tokyo. Making many pictures on each facade decorated with Christmas lights.

You decide to take an early dinner in a fine restaurant before returning to the hotel.

Walking hand in hand is one of the things that you like to do with him because it makes you feel protected and special, chosen.

It was still early to end the day and you thought you would wait midnight in the center of the city, but Jungkook insisted on returning and you didn’t want to refuse.

When you open the door of the room you find a small Christmas cake on the desk, made of strawberries and cream.

"It's Japanese tradition to eat a Christmas cake" he explains to you as you start to take off your coats. He approaches the cake taking a strawberry from the edge and after passing it through the cream he directs it to your mouth, but ends up eating it. Angry at the bite you missed, you take one and do the same, chewing heavily demonstrating how delicious it is. He takes another strawberry once more and brings it to his mouth, holding it in his teeth. You don’t take long to realize what he wants, so you approach and kiss him, taking the piece of strawberry at a time. Which, because of his clever tongue, ends in his mouth. "It tastes better and everything" says savoring. "Jungkook that's disgusting," you say as he takes a little cream with his finger and muddy your mouth while laughing. He quickly approaches you, holding you in his arms, and begins to lick your lip until it hooks between his teeth and pull him.

This turns you on and that is his intention.

Your clothes begin to fall to the ground among hungry kisses as he leads you to the king size bed in the bedroom.

Now you are over him and as you laugh, the game begins once more.
