Idag var det dags att korsa gränsen till Indien igen! Har faktiskt saknat indien lite.. Nepal var mer avslappnat och folket mycket vänligare, naturen och kvinnorna är vackrare och gatorna är renare..men det är något speciellt med indien som är svårt att sätta fingret på.. Jag kom till Sounali gränsen runt 9, processen var ganska snabb eftersom jag redan hade varit där en gång innan och visste vart jag skulle nånstans, inte för att första gången tog så mycket längre tid men.. Väl över på Indiska sidan så var där flera taxi/tuktuk/bussar som ville rycka i en såklart. Idag skulle jag ta en buss tillbaka till Varanasi igen. När jag passerade bussarna för att komma till immigrations checkningen så var där flera personer som försökte få in mig i en buss, jag frågade efter priset och fick till svar 550Rs, vilket lät rimligt för vad som skulle vara en ca 8 timmars resa. När jag kom tillbaka efter att jag fått min stämpel i passet så såg det ut som att bussen var påväg att lämna, men jag hann hoppa på och sätta mig, då kommer samma person som hade angivit priset tidigare fram till mig på bussen och stressar mig med att betala. Jag betalar honom 550Rs och frågar honom ifall jag får någon biljett/kvitto på min betalning eftersom jag behöver visa upp den för resebolaget som egentligen ska betala alla mina resor inom Indien, så att dom kan betala tillbaka mig, eftersom detta är ingen buss man kan boka i förväg så fick det bli så.. Iallafall, han säger att jag ska få min biljett men han står kvar vid mitt säte och säger att jag behöver betala ytterligare 450Rs för mitt bagage vilket jag tycker låter väldigt konstigt. Jag blir lite förbannad och frågar då honom varför han inte berättade det tidigare när jag hade frågat honom efter priset, han försöker då stressa mig och börjar upprepa att jag ska betala ytterligare 450Rs och står brevid mig med sin hand utsträckt och hetsar på. Det gör mig ännu mer förbannad så jag ber honom lugna ner sig och frågar honom ifall alla andra också betalar 450Rs för sitt bagage, vilket han såklart säger att dom har gjort. Jag ber om min biljett innan jag betalar ytterligare. Han går iväg längst fram i bussen och kommer tillbaka med ett litet kvitto (en riktig biljett) där det står 383Rs Gorakhpur - Varanasi, så jag frågar honom då varför jag betalade 550Rs, han försöker skylla bort det på "service fee" samtidigt som han fortsätter hetsa mig om ytterligare 450Rs och frågar ifall jag har några Nepaliska sedlar kvar, vilket är helt orelevant eftersom det inte är en giltig valut i Indien. Jag blir jävligt irriterad eftersom hans engelska är kass, han hetsar och hans förklaringar är inte riktigt trovärdiga. Jag höjer rösten och ber honom att ta det lungt och sluta vara så på med betalningen samtidigt som jag vägrar betala 450Rs för mitt bagage innan jag fått bevis på att alla andra också betalar för bagage. Det låter ju inte ens rimligt, det är ju som att betala för ytterligare en person tänkte jag. Det kommer fram en annan kille (nr2) och frågar vad problemet är, under tiden som jag försöker förklara för den nya killen(nr2) som även han har väldigt kass engelska så smyger den första killen som tog emot min betalning av bussen (vilket jag inte ser eftersom jag står och försöker förklara vad som händer till den andra killen(nr2) ) och bussen börjar rulla. Kille nr 2 är helt vilse och fattar inte vad som är problemet, medans jag försöker förklara att jag betalade 550 för en 383 biljett och frågar honom om denna dolda bagage avgift. Tillslut kommer det ytterligare en kille som faktiskt kan prata engelska och frågar mig vad som är problemet.. efter ytterligare förklaring så visar det sig att kille nr1 bara var någon random som försökte scamma mig på pengar och lyckade komma iväg med 167Rs. Det var slutet på de lilla dramat, jag hade iallafall fått min biljett och var påväg återigen mot Varanasi. Resan allt som allt blev över 12h lång, från det att jag lämnade för att åka till gränsen på morgonen till att jag var framme och hade fått ett rum på kvällen. Nu är klockan 02.00 och äntligen dags att sova..
