a silver lining about still masking is i can softly vocal stim bLuE cHiP in the grocery store without anyone bothering me
#stupid rant is stupid#adhd#one of the best things ive done for my adhd and ocd is to let myself do stim and pattern things#also yes i did buy some fancy blue corn chips#they were on special lol#tbh actively letting myself not surpress the good stimming has really been good for me#i do still police myself especially with the patterns that are bad disruptive#but its nice to just#let my brain seek that need when its harmless and normal#which btw anyone can stim!#its just a higher concentration of instances for neurodivergent peoples
