Tagging my moots that I like to see their opinions for this (as well as the ones I tagged within the list as well):

A Step Back in Time...
Rounding up a week of Hollyoaks@25 (Originally Aired September 2011)
For this week’s instalment of Hollyoaks@25, we travelled back to 2011 (which was surely only last year, right?) to relive Silas and Lynsey’s feud. As the week began, Lynsey was nowhere to be found and Brendan was concerned to discover that she’d had failed to turn up for her shift at the hospital. His concern soon worsened when he learned from Texas that Lynsey had been communicating with someone online, and he later found a note, purporting to be from Lynsey, informing him that she’d gone to meet that person in the woods. Heading off to find her, Brendan arrived in the woods, and soon heard a ringtone coming from the boot of his car. Opening it, he was horrified to find the body of Rae Wilson, who had been murdered by serial killer, Silas, a few days previously. Things were soon about to get a whole lot worse for Brendan when the police descended on the scene, and he found himself under arrest...
Tumblr media
Back in the village, Lynsey returned home, whilst Texas confided in Cheryl over Lynsey’s obsession with Silas. The police later turned up to search the flat, and Cheryl was devastated to learn that Brendan had not only been arrested for Rae’s murder, but was being linked to other recent murders of young women in the village. With the evidence against him mounting up, Brendan was charged, and things looked bleak as he was refused bail. Determined to get Brendan off the hook, Lynsey told the police that Brendan was being set up, and that the person responsible had been sending her messages. However, Lynsey was later left confused and infuriated when the police were unable to trace the messages back to Silas. Instead, they concluded that Lynsey had been sending the messages to herself...
Tumblr media
The following day, Lynsey’s constant talk of Silas finally became too much for Cheryl, and she ordered her friend to pack her bags and leave. Lynsey was then dealt another blow when she received a phone call from the hospital, informing her that her recent no-shows had cost her her job. Seeing Silas crossing the village, Lynsey felt like she had nothing else to lose, and followed him. Aware that Lynsey was following him, Silas lured her to the woods, where she tried to extract a confession from him. Unfortunately for Lynsey, Silas was wise to her, and took great delight in goading her. Lynsey’s anger eventually boiled over, and she hit Silas with a rock...
Tumblr media
Lynsey was shocked by her actions, and quickly began to panic, believing that she’d killed Silas. Elsewhere in the village, Rae’s friends were gathering for a memorial service, and Lynsey soon turned up to tell Ethan what she’d done to Silas. However, when the pair arrived at the scene of the crime, there was no sign of Silas anywhere, and an exasperated Ethan told Lynsey off for wasting his time. Feeling more isolated than ever, Lynsey soon found a friend in Jacqui, who offered her a place to stay. Jacqui faced some opposition from Rhys, who was adamant that they should not get involved, but Jacqui was insistent that Lynsey should stay. However, they were soon given cause for concern, when Ethan arrived with news that Silas was denying all knowledge of his and Lynsey’s woodland encounter.
Tumblr media
Meanwhile, Darren was feeling neglected by Nancy as she left him to look after Charlie whilst she played at being a journalist and his hopes of getting any time alone with his girlfriend soon began fading following Brendan’s arrest. Nancy was delighted when an article she’d written about the case was published in the Chester Herald, and Darren offered to cook lunch for the pair to celebrate. Unfortunately, Nancy received word that the paper wanted her to write a follow-up article, and so she bailed on Darren in order to spend time with Silas working on her piece. Nancy felt bad when she realised the effort that Darren had gone to, and offered to write an article promoting MOBs to make it up to him. However, Darren was left disappointed when Nancy was too busy to actually sit down and write the article.
Tumblr media
In other news this week, Sinead decided to give a relationship with Gaz a go, whilst love was also in the air for Will and Theresa. Ste struggled to come to terms with Brendan’s arrest and Rae’s murder and finally, it was Rhys’ birthday, but he was dismayed to discover that his presents were all better suited to Terry the dog.

Sciurus carolinensis, common name eastern gray squirrel or grey squirrel depending on region, is a tree squirrel in the genus Sciurus. It is native to eastern North America, where it is the most prodigious and ecologically essential natural forest regenerator. The eastern grey squirrel in Europe is regarded as an invasive species.
The eastern gray squirrel has predominantly gray fur, but it can have a brownish color. It has a usual white underside as compared to the typical brownish-orange underside of the fox squirrel. It has a large bushy tail. Particularly in urban situations where the risk of predation is reduced, both white – and black-colored individuals are quite often found. The melanistic form, which is almost entirely black, is predominant in certain populations and in certain geographic areas, such as in large parts of southeastern Canada. Melanistic squirrels appear to exhibit a higher cold tolerance than the common grey morph; when exposed to 14 °F, black squirrels showed an 18% reduction in heat loss, a 20% reduction in basal metabolic rate, and an 11% increase to non-shivering thermogenesis capacity when compared to the common gray morph. Genetic variations within these include individuals with black tails and black-colored squirrels with white tails.
Like many members of the family Sciuridae, the eastern gray squirrel is a scatter-hoarder; it hoards food in numerous small caches for later recovery. Some caches are quite temporary, especially those made near the site of a sudden abundance of food which can be retrieved within hours or days for reburial in a more secure site. Others are more permanent and are not retrieved until months later. Each squirrel is estimated to make several thousand caches each season.
Squirrels sometimes use deceptive behavior to prevent other animals from retrieving cached food. They will pretend to bury the object if they feel that they are being watched. They do this by preparing the spot as usual, for instance, digging a hole or widening a crack, miming the placement of the food, while actually concealing it in their mouths, and then covering up the "cache" as if they had deposited the object. They also hide behind vegetation while burying food or hide it high up in trees (if their rival is not arboreal). Such a complex repertoire suggests that the behaviors are not innate, and imply theory of mind thinking.
Eastern gray squirrels eat a range of foods, such as tree bark, tree buds, berries, many types of seeds and acorns, walnuts, and other nuts, and some types of fungi found in the forests. The squirrels also raid gardens for tomatoes, corn, strawberries, and other garden crops. On occasion, eastern gray squirrels also prey upon insects, frogs, small rodents including other squirrels, and small birds, their eggs, and young. They also gnaw on bones, antlers, and turtle shells – likely as a source of minerals scarce in their normal diet.
The eastern gray squirrel is found from New Brunswick to Manitoba, south to East Texas and Florida. Breeding eastern gray squirrels are found in Nova Scotia, but whether this population was introduced or came from natural range expansion is not known.
Grey squirrels have been introduced either on purpose or by accident in many places throughout the world. Almost 80% of known grey squirrel introductions worldwide were successful in establishing themselves in the new area. Typically, grey squirrels do not need large numbers to start a new population. From studying all of the known successful introductions of this species, 71.4% used less than 10 individuals. The first reported introduction of grey squirrels in continental Europe was in 1948, and they were taken to Stupinigi, Italy, where there is still a growing population. In Ireland however, Lord Longford was said to have introduced the American squirrels into his estate in 1911. Not all grey squirrel introductions were on purpose. For example, in 1966 two females and one male escaped from a game farm on Vancouver Island.
In South Africa, though exotic, it is not usually considered an invasive species owing to its small range (only found in the extreme southwestern part of the Western Cape, going north as far as the small farming town of Franschhoek). Here, it mostly eats acorns and pine seeds, although it will take indigenous and commercial fruit, as well. Even so, it is unable to use the natural vegetation (fynbos) found in the area, a factor which has helped to limit its spread. It does not come into contact with native squirrels due to geographic isolation and different habitats.

Oh god, India taking a poop in her pants. I had forgotten about that. Genuinely though, what storylines did she have before the first Silas kill stuff, I honestly can't remember. Like, was she paired off with anyone? What was she involved in? And was she introduced before or after Texas, and Alistair Longford?
She was brought in as the stereotypical posh student who struggled to adapt to living with her more down to earth flatmates. Other than that, and the shitting her pants, I’m struggling to remember anything else she did. I think she’s one of those characters who’s death was the most interesting thing that happened to them.
India was introduced first in September 2009, followed by Texas in May 2010 and finally Alistair in August.
