'ARSIRON NILOGON' TO 'PMKVY' VIA 'SPICES BOARD INDIA' HOW JOURNEY STARTED ? Rajat Saikia , Prodip Goswami once I was introduced by Debojit Gogoi , reknown and award winning Sanchi Grower while we were going to Tezpur University for a seminar on removal of arsenic from water on invitation of Dr. Robin Kumar Dutta sir, Department of Chemical Sciences. Ever since I had good bond of relationship with both Rajat Saikia and Prodip Goswami , both are elder to me , in age. Somewhere we have common in thoughts and activities thus we have come nearer to think of Farmer Producers' Organization(FPO) or Farmers Producers' Company(FPC) , a revolutionary concept for progressive , ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset farmers . Thus one day I got chance to give my name for 'Organic Farming ' training in the district agriculture office of Golaghat PMKVY: Training under Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana(PMKVY)( 2016-2020) , a flagship scheme of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship(MSDE), Government of India is implemented by National Skill Development Corporation(Public Private Partnership) with the help of training institutions or organizations. Interestingly our training was conducted by Dharmendra Das, Assistant Director and his team Spices Board India , Gauhati from 15 the October to 17 th October with the support of host SEUJI DHORA, NGO of Golaghat managed by Prodip Goswami , President and Rajat Saikia, Secretary . The main objective of the training is to tone the skill of youths, unemployeds, entrepreneurs, farmers that they can connect to the new environment with their upgraded skills required by domestic and international farms, industries. BENEFITS: Participants have to pass securing 30 marks which will be conducted by another agency. Passed or certified students will get a highly demandable Digilocker facility certificate, Rs 500 , thirdly they will get a Personal Accidental Insurance Certificate for 3 years. Participants securing less than 30 they will get simply marksheet as it was said. It's seen youths should come forward for such course instead of relying on job or they can do such courses which will help them to get good job in future. ... https://www.instagram.com/p/B3xGe6_gs3-/?igshid=1wz5h2p7hz1td
