DMC Questions Anon here!

DMC 5 did a great thing a gave us dates! It also gave us a Patty cameo that revealed it's her birthday on May 3rd. So my question for you is, how will her next birthday go after DMC 5?

Hopefully, in a year (2020) then twins will get back from Hell and will celebrate her birthday! (also hopefully there is no worldwide epidemic in DMC)

Dante owes Patty Big Time for skipping her last birthday (I headcanon he was able to send her a present before disappearing anyway, cause he carefully chose it prior to all the shit doing down, and left it for Morrison to safekeep), and I think he would fully accept that responsibility by trying to make her next birthday the best it could possibly be.

I think that Dante's sudden disappearance hurt Patty a lot, and the next year she won't even try to pretend to ask Dante to come to her birthday party, instead, she'll have a separate celebration with him and leave the organisation of it to him.

There is an awesome oldie fic where Dante brings out the big surprise guns in terms of presents for her, it's adorable and yeah, I think Dante will try to go all out for her that birthday. He'll treat her to some of her favourite things, aaaand theeeeeen

Devil May Barbeque!!! Sparda and the Co all together celebrate Patty's birthday.

I also think it would be the point that solidifies the 'extended adopted family moment' for Patty and Sparda Idiots. Like, if there was a day that would be more perfect to admit the father-daughter relationship, I can't imagine it. I seriously can't. This would also be the day that Vergil and Nero could pin down their relationship to Patty (it's not going to be as dramatic as her talk with Dante), more like a quiet, non-verbal puzzle pieces slotting together for everyone involved.
