Things Insatiable is making fun of by condemning it:

Fatshaming

Homophobia

Transphobia

Queerbaiting

Statutory rape

Abusive relationships

Fake molestation accusations

Winning at all costs

Drugs/alcohol abuse

Being skinny solving all your problems

Any character that attempted any of these things on the list had to deal with the consequences. This is not a politically correct show, it has no positive message that doing good is going to save you. On the other hand, it’s realistic and it educates that doing the bad thing has consequences in the end.
