Funny how after every "qUIrKy rELaTaBLe" protagonists I've read about in YA books the only character I was able to relate to on a personal level was James Herondale from TLH

#besides the obvious stuff #that in scene in TFTSA where Will and James are in the library #and Will who is your charming extroverted parent who knows everybody in town starts talking non-stop with every person he meets #and James just kinda stands there not knowing what to do #and when they ask him some questions he can barely blubber something about books #is literally a scene taken from my childhood #seriously #it was so accurate to the point of being creepy #the last hours tlh #the last hours #tlh #james herondale #will herondale #chain of gold #tales from the shadowhunter academy #tsc #tsc fandom #the shadowhunter chronicles
