when you tried to design an entire line of baby onesies......breaking all brand guidelines, u need to follow brand guidelines as a fucking graphic designer......??? like that's graphic design 101?

like i fixed this once 4 months ago, dealt with licensing depts to fix it but never again, we have pdfs and .ai documents filled with guidelines.. which fonts...... which colors... what sizing and proportions allowed

#personal #omg NO like... my job is EASY as shit.... it's so fucking easy #her job SHOULD be easy.... we have RULES follow the rules #they're really simple rules... like when on black tee.... can only be this green or this blue #and then she made things WHITE is white on the chart for black garments????? no... then you cannot use white?#like i cannot be more detailed than this w/o self doxxing but like #my job is sooooo straightforward that all my raises have been bc i've automated our outsourced work #bcuz it all follows a formula ???? and like ??? when i've helped this woman w/ her parts when she's (actually) had large workload #that wasn't cause of her own fault... i've written up processes to do it w/ like.... batch process or a script... so WTF is her problem #any time i do something (unless i miss like.. a logo cure which is no biggie) it gets immediately approved by licensing/legal #so WHAT THE FUCK she's also been working in this industry for like....4 more years than me wtf is her problem
