Yeah, the anon was not around here for the August 2020 - July 2nd, 2021 period. We had stans that could not accept that Nadia and Tom had broken up, we had stans shipping Z with JDW, we had stans shipping Z with Hunter, we had stans shipping Tom with Sophia Ali, we had stans saying that Tom had a secret London gf up to July 2, 2021 and even then some said that the TZ car make out session was fake PR to sell NWH. Remember when Hunter and Z went to a screening of Zola (featuring Colman Domingo as one of the leads) and a video was taken of Z whispering something to Hunter and hunterdayas were celebrating that it was proof they were together? The next day Tom posted the pic of him and Tuwaine embracing at a pool (showing that you can be in a committed relationship and still adore your friends). Some of the big tomdaya haters among Z stans to this day are those hunterdayas (they also hated Hunter's relationship with Dom F). You were one of the few tomdayas that was active in that period and had the patience to deal with all those people because we didn't have definitive evidence that Tom and Z were back together. Even you were going to hang up your tomdaya coat if there was no clear evidence that Tom and Z were back together by July 1st, 2021. We, like Tom, can reminisce about that period. All this recent stupidity is nothing compared to that time

After a while, I just have to give up trying to know if I'm not getting definitive answers... just for my own mental and emotional health sake. But I (like other fans) ALWAYS felt like smthg was going on over there in Atlanta lol. 🤭 I'm sorry, but they were NOT acting like exes who were over each other. 👀 They just weren't!! 😅

And omg the HunterDaya nonsense lol. 🙄 You also forgot the JohnDayas (those who wanted Z to be dating John David Washington), even though their energy together NEVER spelled "romantic" or "attraction" EVER.... Like, he seemed more like her older brother than a guy who was trying to get with her lol.

Just to prepare everyone pretty sure the going tomdaya narrative will be that zendaya was in New York this weekend. Tomdayas are not only saying zendaya is in New York, but that harry (his brother) has a gf in New York.

Let me just tell you that this person who tomdayas claim is Harry’s gf is not his gf lol this girl worked on uncharted with them as Sophia’s assistant. They tried to say they were dating because she was seen wearing Harry’s sweatshirt (no proof) but yet when Sophia was seen wearing Tom’s coat, they were just friends. I will say this girl had an Instagram story yesterday that showed New York. But just because she is in New York doesn’t mean that she is there for harry. There millions of reasons to be in New York. Plus she not only works on films, but is an actress herself. If could easily be something for her. case in point? Both of Tom’s stunt double are in New York. So people thought they would team up and meet with Tom. Or we’re coming to work on a project with Tom. They haven’t. They have both been very active on social media and they haven’t.

Oh also? Tomdayas very much look at follows and social media right to support their narratives? Except when it doesn’t help them. The entire time they say harry has been dating her he’s been following models. And some post very risqué pictures. He and Tom were in Las Vegas in January. He followed a model from there. He also very recently followed a model from New York. That’s not how a taken guy would act. An no to the million people who will come in Ashely’s inbox saying it’s normal in relationships. It’s not. Hi first just wanted to add that i’ve been reading your blog and I love your opinions and how you’re not a delusional tomdaya like (some) other blogs and how you never sugar coat your opinions haha 😆 So i wanted to ask you, in your personal opinion what do you think the future of Tom and Z holds? Based on the way BOTH of them are behaving now (Z especially) Tom saying he wants to take a break to start a family, them getting back together after being broken up for more than a year, you know? And maybe you may have missed it, but I gave my opinion on this before. I do think eventually they will get married. I do think them giving each other a second chance when both have million other admirers and suitors waiting in line is telling in itself. I am not saying they are engaged (as I never believed that yellow diamond Bulgari ring was her engagement ring) but that being said, I can see them getting engaged in a few months and us hearing about it in a somewhat official way mid-to-end of 2022. "Well, hello there Tessa baby!" I coo as I walk into the house Friday afternoon, Tess dancing around my feet. I run a hand over her neck and face as she laps a quick kiss to my cheek. I lift my head and listen. The house is quiet, "Tom?"

"Living room, love. How was work?" Tom's tense voice carries through the house. I walk in and see Tom running a hand over his face stressfully, his phone in his hand that is resting on his knee.

"It was good," I say, voice trailing. Once I am closer to him, Tom stands and walks over to me pulling me into a hug. "You okay?" I ask, squeezing him a little closer to me, nuzzling my face into the crook of his neck.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah," His voice comes out rushed, switching over to the Queens accent, making me smile. "I was wondering if you wanted to go out and do something today?"

"Like what?" I laugh, pulling away from him slightly to seeing how frazzled he is in his eyes.

"Uh, I don't know." He says swaying us back and forth. "Let's just do something. We can, uh-" he looks to the side then back at me- "let's get you out of your scrubs then we can go out and do something." Tom pushing me toward our room making me laugh louder as I walk backwards. He picks me up slightly, making me squeal and throws me on the bed and he turns back to our closet.

"Are you sure you're okay, Tom?" I call, sitting up on the bed, pulling my hair from its ponytail and letting it fluff out on my head.

"I'm perfect, love!" He calls back. He comes back with a pair of jeans and a long sleeved shirt. He hands them to me, stopping to laugh at my fluffy hair, "You look like you have a mane, darling." He reaches out to attempt to tame it but in reality he only fluffs it more.

I swat his hands away, "You're making it worse, ya weirdo. I'll brush it after I change." I expect him to leave right away, instead he grabs the bottom of my shirt and attempts to pull it over my head, but I swat him away. "Figure out what we are doing and I'll change, okay?" I blush, giggling. He nods quickly before he slips out of the door, shutting it behind him. Something is definitely up. What is he not telling me? As I change I look up any articles online on my phone. All that comes up are articles from months ago about possible TomDaya sightings, so nothing on there. I run my hands into my hair and untangle it slightly, taming my hair. When I walk out, I see Tom quickly hanging up his phone, giving me a weary smile.

"So, I was thinking of you and I going to the park or we could go to the art fair that is in town or-"

I cut him off with another hug, he doesn't say anything else for a minute and just hugs me back. When he thinks that I am done, he pulls away. When he does a gently grab Tom's face and look at him. "Tom, what's wrong? And don't tell me that it is nothing, I can tell something's up." Tom looks down, his happy facade disappearing. "We're in this together, remember?"

"I know, I just wanted to do something with you. Just the two of us." He looks at me slightly, and sighs. "Is there anything you like to do?"

I watch him for a minute, hoping he will come out and tell me what's wrong, but he stays silent. "We could go out and visit that new bakery in town? The girls at work love it." I suggest, trying to get him to relax.

"That sounds like fun-"

"If we go, when we get home you have to tell me what is going on, okay? I don't believe that it's just because you want to do something with me. Not that I'm complaining on spending time with you..."

He lets out a small laugh, leaning into my hand. Nodding, Tom wraps an arm around my waist and pulls me closer, pressing a kiss to my forehead. When he pulls away, he turns on the radio and walks with me to the door so we can put our shoes on. Tom helps me slip on my coat and opens the door for me. I glance at him and see sadness in his eyes. Once we are in the car, and I back out of the driveway, I grab his hand and hold it.

"How was your day? Did you go to the gym with Haz?"

"Yeah," He says, shifting in his seat, "We just worked on basic stuff. Nothing super advanced."

"Anything you do is super advanced compared to anything I do." I laugh, making him smile.

"Maybe you should come come with us next time. I can show you how to box-"

"That is way to advanced for me, Holland. I'll stick to my own workout routine." I counter back.

"Which is what? I have never seen you work out since we moved in." He jokes back

"That's because you aren't awake when I do it." I tease, I glance to the side to see him roll his eyes, "Don't roll your eyes at me, mister!" I bat at his chest , causing him to bark with laughter.

"You're no fun." He teases playfully, smiling at me.

"I am the epitome of fun." I pout making him chuckle.

Tom begins playing with my fingers, moving my fake engagement ring around when he does. "So, uh, any funny stories from today?"

I nod, thinking back to my morning. "One of my elderly patients talked to me about her advice on marriage. A guy teased her and said that she has had so many guys after her that she has no room to talk, then they started arguing." I glance at Tom, seeing his jaw clenched slightly, "They were married."

"What?" Tom's face softens as he laughs.

"Yup, been married 40 years. He just enjoys giving her shit." I laugh. Tom smiles next to me, then I see his smile fall slightly. "Tom, c'mon, what's going on? You're worrying me-"

"Just a rough day, love. I'll tell you about it later." He avoids again.

I glance at him, before pulling into the bakery parking lot. Tom and I walk in and look at the vast menu. "Does anything look good, Tom?" I ask, slipping my arm around his and leaning my head onto his shoulder.

He hums next to me and nods, "I think I'll get a danish and a cup of tea. What about you, love?" He looks down at me, before pressing another kiss to my nose.

"I think I'll get (Y/F/B/G) and a hot chocolate." I say, pressing a quick kiss to his cheek.

"Why don't you go grab a table and I'll order." He suggests.

I nod and walk away from him as he gets to the front of the line. I sit by the vast window in the back that overlooks the park. I shrug off my coat and place it on the back of the chair. As I do, I notice a few girls have their phones out and are taking pictures of Tom's backside. I giggle to myself and place my head in my hand, turning and looking out the window to the chilly November day. People walk through the park with heavy winter coats, and stocking hats. The leaves have long since fallen off the trees leaving them bare to hold snow when the first storm comes through. Thoughts of Tom and I sitting nestled on the couch on a cold winter's day fills my thoughts, making me smile.

"Here you go, love." Tom's voice pulls me from my thoughts. He hands me my (Y/F/B/G) and hot chocolate before sitting down.

"Thank you, handsome." I smile, this causes him to smile back and the two of us eat our breaded sweets in silence. "Wanna bite?" I ask, especially since he hasn't tried to sneak a bite from me yet. He nods and I move the baked good over to him and he takes a big bite. The cream off the top coating the corner of his mouth. I giggle and lean across and wipe it off with my thumb. Tom blushes when I bring my thumb back to my lips and suck the cream off. He offers his danish to me wordlessly. I take a bite and smile at the sweetness in my mouth. "I think I might actually like yours better than mine."

"Would you like to switch?" He teases, offering his over again.

"Only if you do." I say back. Tom takes mine from my hand and hands me his. We finish after a few minutes and the two of us go back to looking outside, watching as people pass by.

Tom sighs next to me, "Is there anything specific you want to do with your family tomorrow?" He looks sad behind the smile on his face.

"Actually," I start, taking a sip of my hot chocolate, "my mom called on my drive home, her and my dad are heading up to see my grandparents this weekend instead. So, unless you would like to go up too, we have tomorrow to do whatever."

"I think I'd like to stay home, if that's alright?" He says.

"That's fine, but I would like to go up next weekend. You don't have to if you don't want to-"

"No, I'll go, I want to. I just, just want some time with you." His voice trails again. I reach across and grab his hand.

"Tom-"

"I'm just thinking about going to film in January, nothing to really worry about. I got some info from Curtis earlier today, I'm okay." He tries again. I watch him but nod, he'll tell me the real reason when we get home. After we spend about another hour at the bakery, Tom and I walk to through the art fair that is scattered around town before the two of us head home. He walks in to let Tess out while I grab the mail. The only thing in the mailbox is a large envelope. I pull it out and walk back up to the house opening it as I let myself in.

"Were we expecting anything in the mail, Tom?"

"Like what?" He calls back, his voice shaking slightly. He walks around the corner to see the packet in his hand. "(Y/N)-"

I pull the packet out and read the top, 'Terms of Divorce.' I stare at the packet and let out a shaky breath. "I thought these weren't supposed to come in for another two weeks."

"Curtis called me today and told me they were going to be coming in any day now." Tom whispers. I look up at him and see that he was looking at the papers in my hands in disgust. His behavior form earlier now makes sense. After a minute of tense silence, I walk and set the papers on the table. "Let's not worry about it tonight." Tom mutters, now standing behind me. He takes the papers and slides them so that they are no longer within my grasp.

"We have to talk about it some time." I mutter, staring at the papers, willing them to disappear. They don't.

"We will," Tom says, turning me away from the table and to him, holding my face in his hands. "Just not tonight. It's Friday, let's order takeout and we can watch a movie, or some shit. Make it a normal Friday night, spend it with my wife and princess." He almost begs.

I smile slightly, and nod. "Yeah, you order something and I'll go pick it up."

"I can have someone deliver it-"

"Nah," I say walking away from him to grab a glass from the cupboard, doing anything to distract myself, "I can go pick it up. You get the fun part of picking out the movie."

He laughs, but I can hear how forced it is. He pulls his phone out and orders from the Italian place that the two of us went out to the first time. The tension in the air is so thick, it could be cut with a knife. Once he hangs up, he lets out a sigh. "It'll be about twenty minutes-"

"I'll just head over, it'll take about that much time for me to get there." I say, smiling at him. He opens his mouth to say something but, nothing comes out, so he just nods and follows me to the door. He hands me a credit card then helps me into my coat. I wave at him once I get in the car and I start driving. After a minute, I pull over and open the glove box and see the ring box. I slowly reach for it and pull it out. The ring is nestled in the fabric snugly, I take it out and turn it in my hands. A shaky breath slips past my lips as a tear rolls down my cheek. I pull my phone out of my pocket, it illuminates with a picture of Tom and I from when he got home on Sunday that Haz had taken.

"Divorce papers are in. Its now or never, I guess." I whisper, breaking the last bit of silence before I set the ring down and start driving again.

you know the avocado tomdaya clip? of course you do and how zendaya is just laughing - fighting for her life - while tom is just going on about how right she is about avocado being the food he’d want?

one of my favorite parts of that whole clip is one line tom says

“from a pure logistical standpoint, it’d have to be avocados”

it takes me out every time, cause what logistics is he even talking about?

he looked very satisfied with himself after getting that reaction so, in the end, i guess it doesn’t matter

During 1.0 about 90% of tomdayas came from Zs fandom. The ones that had followed Z closely knew her dating MO and she was repeating it with Tom. There was even a famous thread in 2017 that compared how Z acted with Trevor with how she was acting with Tom and how it was the same strategy (the author of that thread is besties with Zs superfan Thea and went with Thea to the Dune premiere and afterparty in London). In contrast, the vast majority of Tom stans were buying the Marvel imposed "spoiler king" narrative and thought it was impossible that Tom could lie about something as big as his love life. Tom had also dated publicly his high school sweetheart Elle. The moderators of his biggest fanpages in ig with tens of thousands of followers were fervently anti-tomdayas, even cropping Z from Tom pics while having no issue posting him with his other friends.

During October 2020 - July 1st 2021 we were in a state of uncertainty and you know that better than anyone. There were hints that Tom and Z had restarted their friendship but we were not sure if they had gotten back together. The Atlanta COVID bubble made it hard for us to determine what was going on. Even your own super tomdaya self was planning to hang up your shipping coat by July 1st, 2021 if there were not solid sightings of Tom and Z that proved that they were more than friends. There were some that were not sure if Tom and Nadia were still together, or that he was interested in Sophia Ali; others were implying that Tom had secret gfs in London or was having fun hooking up with models in Monaco. Then for Z there were some that suggested that she was with JDW or with Hunter. We didn't have much evidence, so I don't blame any fan that was unsure what was going on in that period

After July 2, the amount of tomdayas grew astronomically and this number increased after NWH was released and Tom & Z still stayed together (invalidating the pr relationship claims). Now the amount of antis is very small but they tend to be extremely irrational and can't accept even the most obvious facts. It's better to ignore these crazies

Thanks! I LOVE random questions lol.... 🤭 I'm sure I've probably answered most of these questions several times on my blog before, but I'll answer them for you again in case some weren't here lol...

How long have you been in the Tomdaya fandom? What made you interested and what keeps you in the fandom?

I've been in the Tomdaya fandom since 2017! 😊 I've honestly never "shipped" any couple before aside from TZ tbh. Yea, I've thought celeb couples were "cute", but never to the extent or level as I have with Tomdaya. And I don't think I ever will again tbh lol 😅

I got interested after seeing Tom in "Spider-Man HOCO" for the first time. I fell in love for the first 15 mins of seeing him in the film (and I didn't even really like his casting tbh lol!). By the end of the movie, I just KNEW he would be a star....and I was right! 😅

I knew Zendaya before I knew Tom, and I've always thought she was such a sweet and good role model (cringe, I know), and she always seemed down to earth. I was keeping up somewhat with some of the Spidey HOCO filming pics back in 2016, but I didn't start really SHIPPING Tomdaya until LSB I think?? I just saw their undeniable chemistry from then on and during the HOCO press tour, and I couldn't deny it!

Oh girrrl...before Tom flew to LA again, I was VERY close to hanging up my coat lol.... 🤏🏾 NOT because I thought we Tomdaya fans were "delusional" or wrong for thinking something was brewing in Atlanta (I think we could tell something most definitely was), but more so because I go by FACTS. I'm not about to be pining after something/or someone if there aren't any FACTS to back it up. I just felt the pining and waiting and wanting something to happen was just taking a toll.....and so I gave myself a certain amount of time to pine....and then after that, I was just going to STOP with the pining and accept whatever was. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I just don't like endless rumination if there's no evidence to back something up, ykwim?? I go by FACTS and EVIDENCE. Once Tom flew to LA though, I knew there was some hope again...But July 1st was about to be my "hang it up" day lol.... Seriously... I already had a post ready to go (and I posted it after-the-fact just so you all could see what I WOULD have said hahaha)

When the pics came out, I had a swirl of emotions... My FIRST immediate thought was: "What girl is that Tom is kissing??" LOL! 😅

But then I quickly realized it was Tom and Z kissing in the car. My heart was beating wildly lol, cuz I NEVER expected we would EVER get that.... I was just hoping for a hand hold lol! 😅

Oh gosh.... WAY too many to mention Anon! I think for me though I'd just say that I've been REALLY enjoying 2023 for them. They just seem to be so content, happy, and are just enjoying LIFE. I love that for them. 🥰

EVERYTHING to be honest lol😂

Even just going out together WITHOUT Darnell, or holding hands, holding each other.... ALL of that would have not been done during 1.0. I think we would have had heart attacks had that happened in 1.0 ROTFL. 😂

Mmmm.... Honestly? They def seem engaged to me...But I could be totally wrong. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Like I said earlier, I don't like endless debate or rumination over something we don't know for sure, so that's why I don't go on long debates about it on my blog anymore.

I'll just say that my GUT says they're already engaged, but they could already be married, OR, they could be just in a serious, committed relationship, and haven't taken that step with each other.... yet....👀

Whatever they decide is fine for me. Even if they NEVER got engaged/married to each other that would be fine to me, as long as they were still together and had love and deep commitment to each other in the relationship. 🥰

There’s a lot of things in general that I think people get wrong about Tom but yeah, I think he’s way more private than what people think and he was and is just a big part of why 1.0 was private.

He had to be on board for the most part. They found a way to compromise in 2.0, but if you all recall, even before they got caught, they were still being pretty private! To the point where I was almost about to take off my Tomdaya coat! 🤣

So obviously he must not have hated it too much in 1.0 lol 😆
