okay the nimona comic is so good actually. like i definitely think the movie is cute and good for kids, but (like i said previously) it has kind of a "gen z shrek" vibe to it that just makes me wish i was watching shrek instead. the comic is totally its own thing though, and i enjoyed it so much more. here are some of my favorite panels:

#nimona #100 #i don't dislike the movie at all for what it is #but this was way more my speed #the ambrosius/ballister tension is way more juicy and epic in this as well #which isnt to say that it's not good in the movie but like. they broke up for like 2 days. it's not the same #i did like the whole gloreth thing in the movie tho #but the way disability comes into play in the comic isnt a thing in the movie and i dont like that as much!!
