absolutely devastated. we moved our bettongs (my favorites) into temporary holding while the back pens are redone which means now if i want to see them (the highlight of my day and my favorite routine) i have to clean the temporary ibis holding (the devil’s bird and my least favorite routine)

#the shit of fish eating animals is. VILE #i dont mind cleaning the pigeon/dove holdings or erkle and the kooks #but the ibis holding……… it haunts me…………..#the bettongs should be back decently soon? and im doing an enrichment project on them so ill get to spend lotsnof time with them for that #but i miss them theyre my little buddies 🥺#and gerry was JUST getting comfortable in the back holding after being moved from the aviary 😭😭😭#the ibis arent even australasian!!! theyre american!!
