The BFFs | ‘Carry Me Home’ 

Free spirit Liberty, cheerful and sporty Summer, and loner Travis have been inseparable since they met that fateful day at Willow Creek Elementary. Travis bravely broke up a fight between Libs and Sunnie over a Voidcritters trading mishap. From middle school to high school, nothing has ever come between these three. Except perhaps the growing feelings both Travis and Liberty have for Summer...

Let’s be honest...we all know that Maxis keeps doing all these townies so dirty. Anyways this is my take on the BFF household. I’d say I was highly inspired by the film, The Half of It on Netflix. I wanted a different take on the traditional BFF love triangle trope. Ended up having a lot creating their backstories especially how they grew up together in Willow Creek as inseparable childhood friends...

my personal headcanon for this makeover is that they were all besties in high school but after highschool and joining their careers Travis kinda fell in with a slightly cooler crowd and made friends easy in tech while Summer and Liberty struggled a little so they became a lot closer to each other and now they're all still friends but Summer and Liberty are sometimes guilty of leaving Travis out of stuff presuming he's fine with his other friends.

Also neither of the girls crush on Travis anymore and they've considered dating each other but they just wanna be friends (...for now)

Travis, Summer and Liberty love to go to the Spice Festival every time it is in town. The drive to San Myshuno takes forever with the after-work traffic, but the food makes it 100% worth it.

Nice as it is to know what the BFF household members do on their own time, it’s also fun to peek at what they do together. Which is just about everything.

Travis and Summer often cook together when they have time. Liberty and Travis competitively play videogames. They all tend to eat and hang out together.

🐰 Long time no see 🐰

Hello my little friends, how are you? I hope you're doing fine! Let's pretend I dind't write an f* long text of updates and manage to have it deleted! So, as you may know (or may not) I managed to lost my save with the townie makeover I was working on, the only ones I managed to save was the Landgraab and the Spencer-Kim-Lewis. So, I was reworking on The Goths, The BFF Household and The Caliente, as for The Roomies, well, we'll see how long it takes for me to get there. SO HERE'S AN UPDATE, YAY!

I like more the Bella (or Laura, in my country) as for the older one, I think that now she looks like a mother of a teenager and a little boy. As for Alexander... Well, let's hope it's just an ugly duck phase.

I think I did a better job this time in keeping their essence as what they already are in the game, as how they were made to be. Except for Summer, I think the older one looks better, but that my opinion. As for Travis, I think now he looks like a nerdy but confident guy!

I'm currently working on the Caliente's, but hey, here's Katrina, and now I think she looks like a mother of two grown up women. I'm still working or her clothes, but here's her face and what I've done so far.

SOME NOTES ABOUT THE PROCESS: As always, I try to not change they're facial features and bodies (skin tone included), I think it works best for me, to keep their essence. But it's a try, sometimes I'll change a little here and there, mostly when I think they are not racialy accurate or something just looks weird in my view. I was questioning a lot my capacity at making sims while redoing them, mostly for Katrina, as she looked STUNNING in my older version, also for Summer, I really liked the older version, but I suck at replicating things from scratch so, I'll have what I got. I'm trying my best, you know, by procrastinating my university duties and pretend I don't have reponsabilities by playing Sims instead of doing my essays. So, as always I DO TAKE CRITICISM, SO FEEL FREE TO SAY WHAT YOU THINK, IF YOU HATE THEM, IF YOU LOVE THEM, IDK. See ya little buddies 🐰

can i also say i think it is really neat that the literal world ending rogue card anger from lark was initially caused by lark being put in a situation where he couldn’t defend himself or the people he cared about so he’s decided to never feel that helpless again or let anyone ELSE feel that helpless. like it doesn’t excuse having a whole six year old learning how to shoot a gun but it does explain it beyond just shitty parenting

Rounds 1-3 Summary:

Summer, Travis and Liberty had some small issues when they first moved in together. Mainly, Summer and Liberty both had developed crushes on Travis.

The romantic tension was cut pretty quickly when Travis let the girls know he wasn't interested in women.

For the next few years, the three roommates worked day and night on building their careers, becoming best friends quickly. They supported each other through ups and downs, and seemed to have a shared goal that they were all working toward individually.

Travis was working as Tech Guru and had a pretty developed videogame habit.

Liberty had landed a job as an Astronaut, which required her to stay is excellent shape. The gym was her second home.

Summer worked as a Social Media Influencer, and was always hanging out around town, at all of the hottest clubs and restaurants.

It was at one of these clubs that she met Eva Capricciosa. It was a friendship at first that slowly became something more. One day Summer realized that she had fallen in love with Eva. She got up the nerve to tell Eva one day and Eva returned Summer's affections. They started an exclusive relationship with each other that has been going strong for three years.

Summer, Travis and Liberty have, thus far, coexisted pretty harmoniously, and all the three roommates love having one another to lean on in times of difficulty.

That leaves us with Travis Scott. Travis is an outgoing and geeky sim who is a Computer Whiz at heart. As a Foxbury Uni alumni, he’s still a big fan of the school and has their colors all over his bedroom. 

Currently, Scott is a Start-up Entrepreneur with his tech company. Most of his not-at-work time is spent programming --for work -- and then playing videogames to unwind.
