As someone who has never been interested in vampires, I am extremely excited for BounPrem's vampire series.

It's partially because I love BounPrem, sure, but it's mostly because I respect the amount of very professional research and preparation Boun has committed to the role over the past several years.

I just think his artistry should be honored by my diligent attention.

Boun is a professional vampire fetishist, and that man will neck like no man has ever necked before.

Did Boun just hint at a Boun Prem Vampire series on twitter or is he being a lil tease again?!????

The vampire series is a real BL series that Wabi Sabi announced on Twitter back in autumn of 2021.

Where did this come from?

There’s no novel or comic or anything. This is purely a passion project that Boun has been begging to do since before I got here in 2020. It was nearly becoming a meme that Boun would beg someone to cast him in a vampire series if he was interviewed. He just has a well-documented love for the supernatural genre, especially vampires. (Hence why he’s so excited to be in a zombie series and definitely said yes before anyone even explained the story to him.)

Since everyone has been focused on Between Us, the vampire series hasn’t gotten as much attention or hype just yet, and we don’t know much about it for the same reason. If I’m remembering correctly, Boun initially said he was either writing or assisting with the writing, and possibly with the directing as well. (This is part of a long-standing plan he’s had to one day work behind the scenes. He’s been getting experience while working in front of the camera to transition over later in his career.)

I’d say it’s 110% guaranteed that Prem will be his partner in it, especially since Prem’s basically working for himself at the moment. (And even Starlatiz usually seemed to like him working with Boun anyway.) I have a vague memory of Boun jokingly asking Prem during an interview if he’d be in it, and Prem saying he would if Boun bought him a car. (But they’ve done that gag so many times I might’ve imagined it.)

So! Moving to Boun’s tweet!

It seems like they’re currently in the process of getting funds together!

Between Us doing well will have a pretty strong influence on BP’s future projects and sponsors. 🥳

Oh, and it’s called “My Broccoli” because “broccoli” is the name we international BP fans gave ourselves. I don’t know if that’ll be the actual title, but I think it’s a really sweet nod to part of the BounPrem fanbase all the same. <3

Personally, I’m really excited. I’m not into vampires as a genre, but I am into Boun biting Prem’s neck.
