I think "The Ex-Morning" had episodes cut to align with GMMTV's recent pivot from 12 to 10, and I think JamieEarn's storyline was mostly cut to accommodate it.

I can't think of any other reason for workshop photos this intimate.

That might have been the reason for the massive rewrites. Cost-cutting shenanigans.

Like, as a KristSingto fan, I'm really happy with the series, but it definitely felt like we were meant to have more of JamieEarn.

I just need to know why they didn't pursue Kaoki Nudee. Like they kinda did an open ending. But in actuality that open ending was just as ambiguous and baiting as their interactions the entire show. Like they are committing to the G, but why can't they commit to the L? And they made the whole left turn toward a romance line with Yong, like what?

This show better lead to a sequel series where Phi and Tawan are living their best life in the background getting into shenanigans while Kaoki and Nudee are at the front figuring out their relationship while stomping out all the boy's fires.

Rewatching "The Ex-Morning" while finally knowing the whole story is a whole higher experience. Man, this is a fantastic series.

Also:

This is the hottest moment in the series, and they're not even touching.

And that's why "SOTUS" was iconic. The air around them is just charged when they're onscreen together.

They're solid no matter who they act with, but their chemistry is in a class of its own.

Clearly Krist got Singto back and promptly told the scriptwriters, "If I don't get to kiss the face off him until our lips crack, I'll leave."

This is when chemistry is at its best for me. When the genuine, mutual affection of the actors fuels moments of joy between their characters. It's easy to fake any old smile for the camera, but this is pure love between two people being used to lay the foundation for the scene.

though I will say as wild as the proposal is, revealing it after the shooting is so fucking good it must be said!! watching tam cry over phi's body and then going back in time to reveal a scene we didnt get, recontextualizing the anguish, like it did do something to and for me

This was a literally perfect ending. Kiss, forehead touch, and the sappiest smiles I've ever seen on either of them? PLEASE?
