worst nicotine withdrawal symptom so far is headache and anxiety. other than that I am doing quite well if I do say so myself
#my roommate broke today. Day 4 for her#day 3 for me#I gotta say the step 1 21mg over 24hrs a day is helping sooooo much#patch I forgot to say patch in that sentence#the cravings are less intense shorter and easier to override with snacks and/or my 0 nic vape#which helps a lot with the habitual aspect of it#I hope I can truly quit this time and I also hope my body can heal after 4 years of constant high nicotine content vaping#like damn if I get lung cancer in 30 years anyway what a waste of all this energy to quit#lmfaooo
