Necessary for their line of job, but definitely a plus for Melone due to his…tendencies and personality and interests. So I feel like he would be very into open minded people (like yourself) because that just means more acceptance and more things to try out ;)

I mean he may brush off or ignore other people’s disgust, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t want to be accepted too uwu so your open mindedness is one of the big reasons you’d catch his heart!

If you have limits, he will push them from time to time, but reign him in and he’ll be more than willing to behave (with a price ;3)

He knows you tend to zone out when he’s talking about math related stuff, so that won’t come up often with him, but it still will sometimes because he probably thinks your expression is just Di MoLtO~🥴

He also loves collecting data/information on you, so whatever you talk about to him, he’s gonna be typing it down simultaneously!! So not only does he listen, he remembers (and has like 50 sub-folders on the stuff you say lol). This is mainly because he wants a more cohesive file on you. Like I said, he already believes you’re practically the perfect match for him with all the information he has on hand already, but his appetite for more information about you drives him to do this because it’ll just affirm for him that ‘ok wow this person really is my match made in genetic heaven’.

Ghia’s excitement comes in the form of rage and it happens often, so while he loves that you’re listening to him, I think he would almost never show you that he appreciates it. Also, if you’re talkative when he’s stressed or angry, he will yell at you to shut up. Ris would be straight forward (tells you that he’s not in the mood) and Melone would say stuff like “Not now. Later.” (but he doesn’t sound as gruff as Ris).

Ris is the same way with the quiet to talkative thing (in my HC at least), so getting past that initial stage would be hard as hell with him. Imo Melone would be the easiest to get past that stage, and Ghia…depends? If you keep pissing him off though (bc yk…tsundere with anger issues lol), he’ll be the hardest to get to a comfortable stage.

I HC Ris as having a routine set of things he enjoys doing and it’s on permanent rotation (I’m not saying he won’t go out of his comfort zone, but he knows what he like and if he doesn’t like something, it’s hard to change his mind), whereas with Ghia I HC him as only having 2 interests – cars (more specifically the type of car he drives) and knowing facts (+ disputing and ranting about them). Ris would indulge in some chaos once in a blue moon, but I feel like him & Ghia are set and happy with their current interests.

Melone however would be the most open in terms of what he’s willing to do as long as his safety is guaranteed or if the activity does not involve him getting hurt. Like stealing a yacht or hacking ur annoying neighbour’s computer system LOL

Because you bring that chaos, Melone would be the most fit with you. I know you’re probably like “Huh? Ain’t Ghia chaotic too?”, or “Wouldn’t Ris handle chaoticness the best?”, but chaos (Ghia’s) feeding into chaos (yours) might burn the both of you out, and Ris already deals with chaos 24/7 and he just wants to relax imo. Melone though, looks the most flexible and can probably match up with you the best because of that since he deals with Ghia and the rest on the regular without looking like he’s Tired™️ lol

Like I just mentioned, Melone most likely deals with Ghia’s energy on the regular and he looked chill with the other members too, so he (and Ris as well since yk…he’s the one overseeing everyone in LS) would adapt to your moods the best.

Ghia…I feel like because he has such a short fuse AND is a tsundere (well, at least that’s what I get from his vibe), he would not deal well with your energy if it’s higher up there. He might blow several fuses if the situation and your mood and his mood doesn’t align properly. I also think if he happens on your lazy mood, he would just leave you alone and go do his own thing.

what do you think about cancel culture?

So it took me a while to answer this ask ‘cause I have... a lot to say about the subject.

There’s a lot to unpack when it comes to cancel culture. Its roots I like to believe are well intended -- a means to alert vulnerable groups about individuals that have a history of hurting them. But people have taken it... way too far.

I think it’s important to hold people accountable for their actions. There’s a lot of people who get away with horrible things, simply because they produce likeable material (makeup, music, movies, entertainment, etc.). People like Jeffree Star, PewDiePie, and Kat Von D have gotten away with their horrific treatment of others for years because people enjoy their content -- and two out of three of them still are wildly successful. What pushes people over the limit? Often times it’s a matter of what white people take major issue in. In Kat’s case, being anti-vax. Is being anti-vax bad? Hell yeah it is. As someone who’s immuno-compromised it literally could lead to an early, painful, slow death for me. And don’t get me wrong, I wanna die, but not from something that takes months of suffering. But people blatantly ignored her other awful acts -- such as her antisemitic actions (telling her former boss to “burn in hell jewbag” (sic) in the form of writing on a photo she left for him and drawing a Nazi symbol on it), complacency in victim blaming (her neo-Nazi husband blames his daughter’s rape on his daughter), denying and viciously responding to criticisms about her pedophilic makeup names (”Underage Red”, “Lolita”, second not in reference to the Japanese style but the book), and actively killing her pets (she killed one cat by leaving a house full of burning candles -- cat knocked down the candles, house went up in flames, cat died; she also was found forcing a vegan diet onto her cats -- I’m unsure if this has continued but I believe one of her cats died from it). All of these are huge reasons to “cancel” her -- to boycott her products. But people didn’t actively hate her until she came out as anti-vax, something that effects the majority. And that’s part of the issue with cancel culture: people pick and choose what’s acceptable depending on how badly it effects them personally.

Let’s focus on the other two mentioned: Jeffree and Felix. Jeffree has a very, very, veryyyyy long past of being a racist piece of shit. Not even lowkey ignorant white person racist (i.e. ”I didn’t know making fun of AAE and viewing dreadlocks as trashy was racist”). I’m talking straight up using the n-slur, with the hard -er too, towards a black woman. And this was recent, too. There just haven’t been any physical references beforehand, only personal accounts. But people have defended him -- and still defend him -- on these actions, because he apologized. But then he’ll do it again a month later. And there’ll be definitive proof of it. He’ll keep doing it over, and over, and over again. And people will continue to excuse him because he keeps apologizing! That’s not how apologies work! As someone who’s been abused, apologies mean nothing if you don’t actively work on fixing what you’re apologizing for!! My abusers would apologize and then do the exact same thing again so many times that I lost count long ago! And of course, Shane Dawson hasn’t helped because he’s head over heels for the guy, so he’s been using his popularity to try and clear his name -- which is ironic, considering he’s been under fire for being racist in the past too. The only difference is he actually cleaned his act up, until now, of course. Because now, instead of creating racist content himself, he’s defending a chronically racist shitbag. And people continue to defend him, because his shitty actions effects mainly black women -- a minority in comparison to the amount of white people in the states. Jeffree continues to be wildly successful because his problematic behavior only effects a minority, and that’s... not okay.

Felix has a very similar history to Jeffree, but with antisemitism, and in my opinion he’s even worse because he’ll apologize then do something nice like donate to a charity. And that would be fantastic if he wouldn’t continue to do antisemitic things like actively support white supremacists. People continue to defend him because he does charitable things, but I constantly remind people that abusive people aren’t abusive 24/7 -- that’s literally how they get away with abuse. They abuse, then take you out for a fancy date, kiss you gently and tell you how beautiful you are. Then they do something abusive. It’s an endless cycle. And that’s honestly what Felix does. Apologize, do something really fucking nice, and then repeat his shitty action. And he has other extremely influential people defend him -- it’s why I had to stop following JackSepticEye and Markiplier. They continuously vouched for him. They continuously defended him. And they did it in the form of saying “he’s a really good person, I know him personally, he’s really fucking sweet and nice”. That’s what people say about the partner of someone really close to me! Their friends defend them all the time, but they’ve never seen how they treat my friend. They don’t know about how they are in a relationship. And that’s all we ever hear about abusers. No one wants to accept that their longtime friend is shitty. But Mark and Sean contribute to the toxic ideology of “defend your friends to the end”. And it disenfranchises those effected because 1) they’re not Jewish, they have absolutely no say in the matter, and 2) they’re abusing their popularity to keep their friend from being properly criticized. I don’t think either of them are shitty people, per se, but they’re being extremely toxic by not letting their friend see that they’re a repeat offender and need to either work on their shit or face the music. Mark and Sean both have the power to make Felix change if they just give him the ultimatum of “us or this”.

But I digress. The main issue highlighted here is that people who actually do bad things and continue to do bad things aren’t being held accountable because people don’t care to acknowledge what doesn’t directly effect them. This is the first main issue with cancel culture.

Let’s focus on another man under scrutiny: John Lennon. Now, let me put out there for disclaimer purposes that this man is far from perfect and has problematic parts to him as well. He’s done some shitty things. But cancel culture looooooooves to dig at this man. To put it crudely, they really enjoy beating this dead... man. And mainly over one really bad thing he did, which was hit his wife. However, people love to 1) over-exaggerate it, and 2) completely ignore how he handled the aftermath. Cancel culture often refers to him as a “wife beater”, as though this were a chronic habit or that he severely brutalized his wife. But they conveniently ignore that he apologized, both to her and publicly, taught himself about domestic abuse and spoke up for women’s rights, and even wrote multiple songs about how he fucked up and he shouldn’t be excuse for what he did. And, most importantly, his wife forgave him. The victim in this situation forgave him, and people still dig into this one thing and use it as their reason to hate him and his band to this day. Genuine criticism of him and what he’s done have gone to the wayside because of this one fact with no context, and it’s a huge phenomena because people, for whatever reason, love to hate popular things. Like I said, he’s done shitty things! He wasn’t perfect! But to use one issue that was literally resolved to hate him is just a lazy excuse to hate what’s popular, and that comes to our second issue with cancel culture: people want to hate what’s popular and will go to any lengths to excuse their hatred, even if issues that have been resolved.

The last main issue I have is that cancel culture is often set up in very black and white terms. Person does bad thing, they’re bad, end of discussion. But that’s... not how life works. Not at all. I know religion isn’t universal, especially Christianity, but there’s one point in Christianity that is universal: humans are flawed. No human being to have ever existed is perfect. And with the rise of technology and social media, a lot of mistakes have a permanent proof out there. Be it through tweets, tumblr or Facebook posts, Instagram or Snapchat stories, whatever it is, there is proof. And people like to take it way too far.

For example... well, I’ll use myself. There’s good things to not being tumblr famous, and I’m blessed with that, because I used to be a major shithead. Well. Okay, I still am, but I was bigoted, uninformed, and had a lot of internalized issues. For anyone that doesn’t know, I was raised in a conservative Christian household where my father was Southern Baptist and my mother had been raised Catholic (her personal religious views are much more lax though, thankfully). Both came from small towns in Illinois and Missouri respectively, and their parents, the same. I was aggressively homophobic and transphobic (ironic, eh?), covertly racist and sexist, and just overall a really shitty person. And while I didn’t join tumblr until after I’d finally started to grow, a lot of people on here are younger -- some even lying about their age and joining before they’re 13. And like me, many of these kids are in close-minded households. And for the longest time I refused to listen to other people because of the good ol’ backfire effect, but once I began to accept I was wrong, I learned. Of course I still have learning to do -- I always do. I always will. And that’s okay. But if I were 12 year old me on tumblr today, I would, well. I would’ve probably killed myself by now, because of all the bullying and hate for being a shithead child. A shithead, yes. But a child. Someone that’s going to be ignorant to a lot of things because they haven’t been alive for as long. And not everyone has informed parents that make it a point to teach them. Adults are a little harder to forgive, I’ll admit, but children have a lot more potential to learn and grow, and we often treat them just like adults.

The final issue with cancel culture is that it gives no room for improvement and no assumption of someone’s innocence. While it hurts to be on the victim end, we as a whole are obligated to correct the issue. I personally would like it to be those not effected doing that (i.e. someone making a transphobic comment having other cis people explain why it’s transphobic and isn’t okay), but regardless, we need to assume innocent until guilty with these kinds of things. It’s not easy, sure, but if I had been on tumblr while I was a shitty kid parroting my dad’s awful world views, cancel culture would’ve labeled me a piece of shit with no chance of redemption, and if I didn’t kill myself there’s no fucking way in hell I would’ve learned, because that kind of treatment would’ve stuck with me and made it harder for me to listen to the other side’s reasoning, even if they were right. We need to approach people in a manner of calm education, instead of ready to kill. In no way am I saying this is an easy thing to do, but unless they’ve refused to open themselves up in any way whatsoever, immediately chalking someone up as a lost cause is just... counter-productive. We have to acknowledge that people are flawed, and can learn and grow. We need to give people space to improve. It’s not all or nothing.

All in all, cancel culture has a good base, but its execution has become irrational and a means to justify hating those that really don’t deserve it, while turning a blind eye to those that actually are problematic. There’s a lot to be improved on.

i made him for my comic which. i will start one day fdklgjdlkjgd..... also hes just fun to develop ! i gave him a bunch of traits i rlly like and also i made him like bugs a lot so. i am biased

B) What inspired you to create them?

uh. needed characters for the comic hehe.....i cant remember the exact process i went thru when making him?? i wanted someone who was close to astrid/who she could trust, plus i had the idea for a backstory (i think. like i said i cant remember my exact process)

C) Did you have trouble figuring out where they fit in their own story?

not really, i came up with the concept before i actually made his character

D) Have they always had the same physical appearance, or have you had to edit how they look?

he’s always had the same appearance !! even though i should probably change it a little because he looks different every time i try drawing him but shhhhh

uhh technically not ?? in his original concept he was gonna be in a poly relationship with 2 others but i cut the other members of the relationship. not because of pascal it’s because i thought the group would get too big and like. they value stealth and sneakiness. plus it’s harder for big groups to travel undetected

Getting to Know Quinn McNeil

Answering ask memes without anyone sending you a message never really bothered me. Sometimes I want to answer them without any sort of prompt. Today is one of those days! I found an ask meme by cassandrapentayaaaaas for OCs and creators; not only does it look fun, but it’ll get me to understand Quinn even better! Enjoy!

1. What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do? Quinn is working towards being High Scholar in my world, which means plenty of studying. She is studious and dedicated, so she has no problems with sitting still for long periods of time. Sometimes her twin brother, Cameron, leaves glasses of water and food for her because he knows how often she forgot to take care of herself.

2. How easy is it for your character to laugh? I’d say about average. She politely giggles more than laugh, but Keandra makes her genuinely giggle all the time. Her brother, too, but she doesn’t really laugh on a regular basis.

3. How do they put themselves to bed at night (reading, singing, thinking?) More often than not, she falls asleep studying or reading. She’s basically stressed 24/7 because of school so she doesn’t really get a good full nights rest. Unfortunately.

4. How easy is it to earn their trust? She wants to see the best in everyone, but at the same time she’s the butt of a lot of jokes thanks to asshole Mervyn Fredrick Maslow III, who also wants to be High Scholar. She trusts her family, she trusts Keandra, but not many others. To her, actions speak louder than words. Show her that she can trust you, and you’re good!

5. How easy is it to earn their mistrust? She often gives second chances; she did with Mervyn at first, thinking that maybe he had an off day, that his attitude wasn’t about her but something else. But months past and he still ridiculed her. So I’d say it’s harder to earn her mistrust than her trust.

6. Do they consider laws flexible, or immovable? Oh no, rules are rules. The law is there for a reason. She is very Lawful Good. To be High Scholar, you must have a clean record because you work for the Emperor directly.

7. What triggers nostalgia for them, most often? Do they enjoy that feeling? The smell of aromatic woods, sunshine, and roses. She grew up in the Rosewood Palace because her uncle, the Emperor, is her and Cameron’s legal guardian. She also has a little drawing her brother had drawn as children that she keeps as a bookmark. It’s a picture of a the god and goddess Alistair and Nora. Unfortunately, she has nothing of her mother’s and father’s. So she’s pretty sad about that.

8. What were they told to stop/start doing most often as a child? “Be more confidant!” “Stop walking in your brother’s shadow!” “Smile more!” “Speak up!”

9.Do they swear? Do they remember their first swear word? She’s too pure for that. When she was seven she accidentally said “shit” and cried all the way to her uncle about it. (OKAY TRU STORY this happened to me and I ran all the way to my house and cried to my dad lmaooo)

10. What lie do they most frequently remember telling? Does it haunt them? Nothing seriously, to be honest. Just that she was going to bed when really she would stay up all night reading. She’s quite a truthful person, ie. question number 9!

14. What animal do they fear most? She’s not scared of most creatures. I mean she lives in the city, and she spends so much time in the royal library that the worst she deals with is rats. She thinks they’re cute though! I would say dragons, but they’re all extinct. And I mean truly extinct. None of that Game of Thrones Mother of Dragons stuff. HAHA.

15. How do they speak? Is what they say usually thought of on the spot, or do they rehearse it in their mind first? My poor baby rehearses everything in her mind first, unless it’s in front of Cameron or Keandra. She has a soft voice, the kind of voice you’d want to hear when you’re having a bad day.

She does not need his shadow anymore.

She’s jealous of her brother because she wishes she could relax like him, but she knows she doesn’t have that in her. She’s jealous of Mervyn because he’s quite charismatic, but in Mervyn’s case, I think she does things out of spite. Haha I hope that made sense!

23. How does envy manifest itself in them (they take what they want, they become resentful, etc)? I’d always felt that envy and jealousy are the same thing, so please look at question 22.

24. Is sex something that they’re comfortable speaking about? To whom? In a clinical sense, sure. She can talk about the anatomy of a penis and vagina with ease. But personally, probably not.

25. What are their thoughts on marriage? Marriage isn’t really in her plan, but she’d bawl her eyes out at a wedding!

26. What is their preferred mode of transportation? Walking. She lives in a fantasy world where advanced technology doesn’t exist. Though I am toying with the idea of trains.

27. What causes them to feel dread? Surprise surprise! Public speaking! Leaving the city, her uncle’s long speeches, and the Bridging, which is the annual oral exam all scholars must take to advance to the next grade/level. 

28. Would they prefer a lie over an unpleasant truth? An unpleasant truth for sure. Quinn is stronger than she believes and can handle the ugly truth. Besides, who likes being lied to? No, no, scratch that because some of my OCs would rater a lie...

29. Do they usually live up to their own ideals? Unfortunately, no. She wants to be brave, charismatic, and outgoing, but that’s not who she is. She has very low confidence, but don’t worry! She gets there. I mean, I can’t really  consider that a spoiler. She’ll learn to love herself.  30. Who do they most regret meeting? Uhm, Mervyn for sure! And this nasty slimy dude, Hayes. :) 31. Who are they the most glad to have met? Keandra!!!!!!!!!! And another OC, Naomi, Rosewood’s General of Arms!

33. Could they be considered lazy? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Lazy isn’t in her vocabulary.

34. How hard is it for them to shake a sense of guilt? Extremely hard. She’s her worst critic and is very hard on herself. She’ll think about it for weeks.

35. How do they treat the things their friends come to them excited about? Are they supportive?  Absolutely! If... they’re practical. If her brother came to her and said, “Quinn, I want to become Captain of the Guard!” she’d say, “Oh... Okay, but let’s think about this.” But if he said, “Quinn, I got an apprenticeship with an artist down at the Market, and I’m thinking about taking it” she’d say, “Cameron! That’s great! Who is it? What sort of art do they do? Do they have patrons? Followers? Will you need to buy your own supplies?” etc, etc... 34. Do they actively seek romance, or do they wait for it to fall into their lap? Quinn has a huge crush on Keandra, and vis versa, but romance isn’t her priority. She’d just let it happen, though they BOTH have this stupid “but they would never like me back” thought in their thick heads!

36. What memory do they revisit the most often? There’s two! One, when she and Cameron were around five, they explored the palace, even the parts they were allowed to go. It’s the most rebellious she’s ever felt. The second, the moment she received her red shael. (Shael’s are like belts in karate, except they’re satin clothes you wear over your head. They represent the level of scholar you are - black, blue, green, red, gold, white. Cameron is green, while Quinn and Mervyn are red. Whoever earns the gold shael will be the nest High Scholar, but they do not get the white until the present High Scholar dies. I also chose black to be novice since black does not take in any color, and white as High Scholar because white takes in all colors.)

37. How easy is it for them to ignore flaws in other people? Mmm... haha. That’s one of Quinn’s flaws. It’s pretty hard to ignore someone’s flaws. She will try to correct it as nicely as she can, but it can become pretty annoying, like she’s trying to fix them into a perfect person. 

38. How sensitive are they to their own flaws? Same with other’s flaws, she sensitive to her own. 39. How do they feel about children? She loves children! But, again, children just aren’t in her plan.

40. How badly do they want to reach their end goal? VERY BADLY. But not enough to kill. So maybe not that badly! HA, I’m kidding! But she does want to be High Scholar very very badly. 41. If someone asked them to explain their sexuality, how would they do so? Okay, so, to Quinn, she doesn’t really care about her own sexuality. The world she lives in doesn’t really care, but I will make it a priority to show/tell the readers that some characters are bisexual/ace/trans/etc whenever gender/sexuality is important to them, the characters. Like Keandra, she’s mtf trans and bisexual, and that’s important to her. Another character, Naomi, is aromantic ace, and that’s important to her.  It’s just, Quinn doesn’t feel like it’s important. But for the sake of this question, Quinn is pansexual. I hope I made sense of this...

1. Why are you excited about this character? Absolutely! Please make more female characters like Quinn. She’s weak. It’s harsh, but it’s true. But she’s kind, smart, understanding, and she will grow into her own. I love characters like this (ie. Samwell Tarly/ Sansa Stark) because I root for them the most. And it’s nice to see a character I could relate to. 

2. What inspired you to create them? This is going to sound conceded, but... me. I’m a lot like Quinn, except I am definitely not that smart and I’m a little more outgoing. But like I said above, I want more female characters who are cowards, who hide behind people when they’re scared. Because they have the most room to grow! And I will root for all of those characters until I’m six feet under!!!!

3.  Did you have trouble figuring out where they fit in their own story? Nope! She was the first person I thought of. I was going to make this a 1 POV story with just her, but I love multiple POV books so much, now I have like... 5? She plays a pretty big role. 

4. Have they always had the same physical appearance, or have you had to edit how they look? Oh no, she went through some editing. At first she was petite and very thin, but then I was like... SCREW THAT! Now she’s still small but stocky from holding huge books and climbing up stairs and ladders all day long.

5. Are they someone you would get along with? Would they get along with you? I think so... We’re both so a like. She’s the kind of person you feel comfortable sitting quietly with! 6. What do you feel when you think of your OC (pride, excitement, frustration, etc)? Mmm... Excited, mostly. Because I can’t wait to see her grow into such a fantastic woman!

Kourtney Kardashian was at a crossroads on the season 17 finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

As fans know, this season saw serious tensions arise between the Kardashian sisters over Kourtney’s “boundaries” when it comes to the show, with Kim and Khloé complaining about having to “pick up the slack” in moments when Kourtney refused to film.

On Sunday’s episode, momager Kris Jenner got the sisters together and admitted she felt “frustrated and anxious” about how much they had been fighting. She suggested they take a trip to Wyoming in order to “press a reset button, and really get everybody back to the family I know and love.”

The trip was off to a less-than-ideal start when Kylie Jenner canceled at the last minute. Needless to say, Kendall Jenner, who flew in from London to make it, was miffed.

“She doesn’t really leave L.A. much,” said Kendall, 24. “But it’s two hours away and it’s two days of your life. It’s so stupid.”

“I get that Kylie didn’t want to come because she wanted to hang out with Travis and Stormi, but it would have been nice to see her and hang out and have a family experience,” she continued. “We all have things we need to do and we all made it a point to be here.”

But — pun intended — the show must go on, and on it went. Upon arrival in Wyoming, Kris, 64, arranged for the family to go on a cattle drive, a nod to Kourtney’s first reality TV venture back in the day on a short-lived show called Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive. In the van on the way there, she urged her daughters to each pick a person and express what part of their relationship they wanted to strengthen.

Both Khloé, 35, and Kim, 39, said they wanted to mend their relationships with Kourtney, 40, while Kendall pointed out that there was “a lot of judgment” between all of them.

“The love we have is so unique and it’s so special,” Kris reminded them. “We have to treat it like a little precious gift from God.”

Unfortunately, the cattle drive and the ropes course that followed — both activities intended to improve communication amongst the family — ended up backfiring. At one point during the ropes course, Kourtney started taunting and booing Khloé with a megaphone, prompting Khloé to declare her a “bully” and a “bitch.” Kourtney insisted she had been kidding, but the damage was already done.

“When Khloé calls me a bully, it’s just the exact opposite,” Kourtney said. “I feel like I’ve been bullied for the last two years by Kim and Khloé, if I don’t do something that fits their mould of how they want me to be. I just think no matter what, my sisters, they’re always looking for a reason to give me s—.”

Back at the lodge, Kourtney threatened to fly home.

“Why would I want to be here with a bunch of people who literally, they just pick on me?” she said. “Why is there this constant need to criticize?”

“After Khloé lashing out at me at the ropes course, I just feel defeated,” she admitted. “I can never win with them. It can never be light and fun anymore, everyone takes everything so personally, including myself. It’s just not enjoyable to hang out together.”

But Kendall convinced her to stay so they could all work on it together, confessing that even she feels “like the odd one out at all times.”

At dinner that night, a discussion arose about the future of the show, which premiered in 2007 on E!

“If we continue to work together and try to be respectful of what everyone else’s needs are around us and listen to what each other are saying, I think that we can definitely carry on filming this show,” Kris said, adding that they should be “united and do it as long as everybody is happy.”

Once again, Kourtney reiterated that they needed to “be respectful of each other’s boundaries.”

“If everyone acted like you did, filming-wise, then we’d absolutely have no show,” Kim said.

“I have three kids that are my priority more than the show,” Kourtney fired back. “Why do I have to say it 25 times? I’m not going to change my mind.”

“What I’m saying is I’m getting to the point where I’m not happy. Everyone has their breaking point,” she continued. “Life is short. It’s not all about filming this show.”

In a confessional, Kourtney said she had reached her limit.

“It’s not okay that I feel like I’m at my breaking point,” she said. “I need a break and I don’t want to film anymore.”

“I think that she’s really torn on what she should do,” Kim said of her sister. “Does she stay on the show, or does she get off and live a different life that she claims she’s wanted tor so long? I hope that Kourtney finds clarity in whatever decision that she chooses to make. I just want her to feel like she’s at peace.”

“I never want my sisters to be sad or upset,” Khloé added. “I think everybody has to do what’s best for them.”

Ultimately, the trip came to a peaceful —and hilarious — conclusion: a dinner where each person dressed up as another member of the famous family. Khloé went as Kris, Kris as Khloé, Kourtney as Kim, Kim as Kourtney and Kendall as Kylie.

Kylie and Kendall even managed to hash things out over the phone, and Kylie, 22, promised to make it up to her sister. “I love Kendall so much and now seeing all of the sentimental value that this trip has, I am bummed out that I missed it,” she said. “But at the same time I know I need to be here and hold it down.”

Kendall was understanding. “At the end of the day, she’s my best friend,” she said of Kylie. “We have so much fun, we talk all the time. I am really looking forward to having some quality time with Kylie back in L.A.”

“I really have such appreciation for all of my girls,” said Kris. “I think the thing I love the most if their sense of humor — the fact that we were all able to come together and make fun of each other in the most delightful way … I’m really optimistic for the future.”

“What I pray for is that the girls respect each other, learn to work together again and just genuinely enjoy being together,” she added. “Because that’s what it’s all about.”

During a recent appearance on Entertainment Tonight, Kourtney revealed that she would be taking a step back from the reality show to focus on her children with ex Scott Disick — sons Mason, 10, and Reign, 5, and daughter Penelope, 7.

“I just decided to spend more time as a mom and put more of my energy there,” she explained, adding, “But I’m not saying goodbye.”
