#gbbo#gbbo 2022#now i dont know much about how marshmallows are made but i dont think they're 'basically meringues'#and to call a graham cracker a digestive biscuit is ridiculous#dont fkn get me started on the ganache. hoo boy.#its a marshmallow. graham crackers. and a piece of chocolate.#you roast the marshmallow over a fire#you stick the chocolate onto the bottom cracker#you put the marshmallow on top of the chocolate#and you put the top cracker on the marshmallow#the heat from the marshmallow melts thr chocolate and the whole thing is goopy and messy#uniformity in s'mores is a lost cause#anyway you can and should make s'mores on a stovetop or in a microwave lmao
