Drew one of my Kiseki OCs!! 🍃Lacan S. Arseid is Gaius Worzel and Laura S. Arseid’s sweet baby boy. Named after his paternal grandfather and heir to the S. Arseid name, this gentle warrior dual wields Lance and Sword and will smite anyone who harms those he loves.

Headcannons I thought of while drawing him!

-Laura and Gaius both happen to be people who train often, so Lacan in consequence becomes proficient in both the lance/spear and the swordsmanship of the arseid school, he carries both on his person in an X on his back —uses either dependent on the battle (rip his back)

-Mild mannered, yet very over powered and demonstrates unyielding strength when his friends and his homelands are in trouble. Uses a lot of aerial attacks and manipulates the velocity of the wind like both parents. Similar to Gaius his heart has a home in both Nord and the Erebonian Empire. Similar to Laura he carries himself with a firm sense of justice and knightly duty.

-Loves the feeling of misted winds on his face, very good at riding horses and swimming because he spent most of his youth at the lakeside town of Legram and near lake lacrima in the nord highlands.

-Certified mamas boy, always wanted to hold her hand and hold close to her as a child. Likes to cook with mom, when he was young he used to wipe Laura’s tears when she would cut onions too hard and fast with the knife. He was and still is always her helper in the kitchen, he grows to be a great cook himself as well. When he eventually moves away from his parents he tries to cook the recipes she always would just to feel close to her.

-Gaius and him share the same sense of punny humor. Lacan always used to scowl and act like he hated it, but he really grows to love and admire how his father could so easily and tactfully exploit the different possible meanings of a word or how words could sound like others yet mean different things just to bring brief moments of joy or laughter to those he loves around him. He admires his fathers sweet, gentle yet unyielding strength. He swears he can feel his father’s soul in the wind when he’s away from him and tries to listen and follow it when he is feeling lost.

-Has a strange relationship with religion — the people of Nord and Legram worship both Aidios and the animist spirits, despite the difference in culture and tradition — but he can’t help but feel both contemplative and pensive toward the severe losses and war torn reality his parents have been through. He intends to better himself, to pierce through with brute strength and fierce determination to make up for kindness the gods may lack toward those he loves with an ultimate goal to restore peace and prosperity to protect both his parents, family, friends and his homelands.
