i hit a realization-

The more I look at Matron in the Playhouse and Playcare Awareness, I start seeing parallels but also new lore opportunities.

I have the idea to fuse the storylines of both AUs: Make the Playcare Awareness critters be "spares" of the Matron in the Playhouse critters. If one of the organic critters (ones with children involved) are needed in the care of the scientists, a "spare" would fill their role.

I figured this can work for CatNap (Theo) in both AUs. A "spare" CatNap would fill the role as the scientists work on Theo but that "spare" slowly becomes aware that their "world" is not as perfect as is but Theo assures the "spare" that all will be well in a few years (Hour of Joy).

Guess Playcare Awareness really is becoming a prequel-
