Decided to try fight Reaper in P5R whilst im in Mementos before i send the calling card to Shido, and in my utter hubris i ignored the website I checked the recommended level on telling me to change the difficulty because "that's the cowards way out' ♡ and just got fucking Obliterated ♡♡ like that was embarrassing and I am feeling Insanely humbled. Wld grind more and try again but I've already gotten a Wee higher levelled than I shld be for Shido so. I will in fact Try Again Later

Do you ever think about Susukichi?

He trusted and looked up to Shiba so much; willing to kill for him, willing to die for him, yet Shiba slowly became more and more unrecognizable.  How much of a final nail Ayano’s infection must have been, how much regret he hadn’t done more sooner.  That rueful laugh when asked why he kept following Shiba’s orders.  How he fought to the death and accepted erasure rather than surrendering/joining the twisters, embracing the justice of losing the game like the many players he doomed.

kariya's the one who erased rhyme tho. not uzuki. go back and look at the scene, kariya's the one who says "Awww! There goes my erase streak. He was supposed to be number 16."

We actually don't know! These two dialogue bubbles are shown without any speaker, and when Uzuki and Kariya do show up, they show up at the same time. Kariya is indeed the first to talk, so I understand why you assumed that, but it's all conjectures. And personally, I would say that the speech pattern is closer to Uzuki's than Kariya. Besides, the anime pretty much confirmed (just as Rhyme's entry fee) that it was Uzuki who did it.

But in any case, I don't think it matters much. First, because they work as a team, so whoever did say that line was working with the other anyway, and we don't know who actually summoned the Noise, if they didn't do it together. Second, because Beat blamed them equally back then during the scene, no difference made. So even if it was Kariya who said that, Uzuki was clearly considered just as dangerous. In the end, I think we can all agree that it shows a very deep level of trust from BOTH Bito siblings towards Uzuki (and by extension, Kariya, since they go together anyway).

the thing about mass effect 3 is that if they’d just ended it with Shepard and Anderson sitting side by side and then it choosing your ending for you based on how many war assets you had, people wouldn’t have been half as pissed as they were

God you're right, I've never seen a Persona fan shit on mainline SMT even if they prefer Persona, but so many SMT fans were weird towards Persona and its fans because of the bright teen aesthetic. Like if there are Persona fans who don't know about og SMT then....just tell them instead of making some weird fan war. Like if you tried pursuing your true self, maybe you'd calm down.

(in a normal, non-dolville au i think. syd and "tala" would get along pretty well but only during their childhood... "tala's" "parent" oc/the oc i based them on has a religious background, so syd and "tala" would've met in a church or a temple. i can see xem getting along well with kylar too whose lore i can't unlock now bc i made the mistake of dismissing her, and opportunities to be closer to either of them are equal since this "tala" doesn't have the best parent/s. despite their good relationship as a trio of friends, i think they'd fall out if/once syd starts avoiding kylar unfortunately. xe dislikes conflict. both being in one and being stuck between people who are in one. xe might try to get along with them separately, but once one or both confront xem about it, xe'd start avoiding them both lol. avoidance beloved.

other than that i still think they'd have a good relationship though! just not romantic, unlike what syd and "tala" have in dol. and not something that'd look like it'll last a long time.

in the q&a's it was mentioned that syd would secretly enjoy metal/rock music, so i kinda like imagining syd watching "tala's" band whenever they perform once they grow older. maybe inviting kylar to watch xem too if their relationship is better. but syd and "tala" interacting once they're both adults? hmm. hard to imagine. this is making me think of a fan x rockstar au for them tho aaa? maybe once i can get a better grasp of sydney's character...)
