So ... why James? I think, I already said it in the past: Team Rocket was clearly queer coded. Some people say, that Jessie and James are supposed to be a couple, but I don't think so at all. They are best friends (including Meowth for sure). And both are queer. Especially James is, in my eyes/theory, non-binary.

And at all: Jessie, James and Meowth are loyal friends. They are their chosen family, which always resonated much more to me than the Ash "gang".

And a personal though: It would be amazing, if I would find a boyfriend, who has similar hobbies and might cosplay Jessie 😅 At all, I dream about someone who is similar to me. In hobbies and in look, tbh.

And ... it would be kinda cute, if he would have my size, so we could share our clothes and such. I know, it's kinda ... kitschy 😅 But I'm such a person.

By the way: I do cosplay now. It still needs a lot of work. If you not recognise: It's James from Pokémon.

Like with the wig. I'm not really able to style it good enough. Hairspray doesn't really helps. I even used the strongest I found, but it still won't hold on. Any advice for me?

And I need more character work overall.

My newest Song obsession 😅

I bought a mystery box with 10 J-Pop/J-Rock/Visual-Kei CDs. And it was worth the money. A lot great bands ... especially LIPHLICH caught my heart instantly. The seller placed a note on the CD case, that this is his special recommendation. Oh and he was soooooooo right 😁

So I got myself a Dochougi with matching pants. I tricked a bit and wore my white Haori underneath it, instead of a under-Kimono. I'm not sure, if I used the correct belt. I need to do a bit more research for it. And I wore my thin Haori above it.

The Tabi Socks are more pleasant to wear than I firstly thought. And I will definitely wear the Zōri sandals outside too in summer. I will probably get myself a second pair for outside and keep this for inside. Btw: Mine are made with cinnamon wood, so they smell tasty 😂

And for Pareidollia (my Drag Queen persona), I got myself a Uppawari. Again, I don't know how to wear the belt correctly. And yes ... she doesn't wear makeup, so forgive her her face 😉

Interestingly the Uppawari would work as a coat or such too. Maybe I will use it for some kind of VK style pictures.
