Everything was fine... right? Wrong. Jaylin sat quietly in the corner of a club that he had decided to go to with their moirail, Ryujin, and Ryujin's matesprite, Valpen. He held his hands on his head, trying to keep himself together, trying not to freak out in such a public place. There was something awful in the back of his mind, something he saw that he didn't mean to see, something he wish he didn't see.

Jaylin didn't tell either one of the others what was wrong but Ryujin knew from his behavior. The red blood tried to comfort him, telling him it was going to be okay, sometimes things are bad and it is usually for the best, and some words of affirmation. All Jaylin did was shake their head, thinking of what they saw... they couldn't even look either Valpen or Ryujin in the face, the future he saw was for them...
