what if i say sanuso and it's Usopp wearing the Sogeking mask when he asks Sanji on a date because he's scared shitless of- well, everything (he's thought about every possible scenario, in eighty of them he ends up having to throw himself overboard) he does the voice and sings the Sogeking™ theme and shit and when he's finished with the script he -beforehand, obviously- made, Sanji just, stares at him, he's all red in the face and his cigarette dances between his lips, after a second of silence in which Usopp considers which of his friends should end his suffering (Zoro would make it quick, and if he asked really nicely he would probably use his three katanas so he can die like the brave warrior of the sea he is-) Sanji clears his throat and nods, once, twice, before he reaches behind Usopp's face to unclasp his mask, Usopp's sweating like crazy and he probably looks like he's about to spontaneously combust and-

and nothing of that matters, suddenly, because Sanji's appreciatively staring at the object between his hands, saying:

"yeah, I'd love to go on a date with you," then he hands him the mask, smiling oh so openly, "I just hope the date's with the greatest sniper ever, captain Usopp- don't get me wrong, Sogeking's amazing and all," softly, he takes Usopp's free hand between his, "but I'm more fond of Usopp, if I'm honest."
