oh my god.

i know it’s two different productions made by two different companies so apples and oranges. but so far the ATLA adaptation has accomplished so much more than the PJO adaptation in terms of covering the source material while still being unique to itself and i believe a lot of that is due to the longer episodes.

i’m not finished with it yet. only on episode 6. but i am much happier with the results so far than i was with pjo as a fan of both original medias

i do have some gripes of course like erasing sokka’s arc. i don’t know if i could get over that, but it’s not as bad as i thought it was.
