The X-Sector Facility is largely underground.

I’ve mentioned this before, I think - but I think it’s the most theming supported of my theories thus far.

You know how X-Sector is full of these large pipes coming out of the ground, some of which are even built into buildings or part of signage? The theory goes that these are part of a huge air conditioning unit for an underground part of the facility.

Here, I’ve outlined where these pipes are obvious around X-Sector. Every single one has a grill on top; like one would have for air conditioning pipes.

A facility that needs air conditioning like this would have to be huge, hence the theory.

And the most obvious piece of evidence?

The door into it round the back of Oblivion.

Also, I definitely missed some of the pipes when making that diagram. There's a lot of them! EDIT AGAIN: Hi! Doc from 2023 here, it's currently 16/12/2023. It was confirmed by actors during the 2022 and 2023 Festival of Thrills events that at the end of the day during those events Advocates and staff go back down to the facility underneath X-Sector. It's fairly conclusive that this is not just a theory, and is canonical!
