I just had another idea and had to share

Ursa teaching her kids how to fly is probably the most anxiety inducing thing for Ozai because Zuko and Azula are casually jumping off the roof (yes Ursa is there to catch them if they can't fly). He ends up having to go inside because if he stays outside any longer he's going to have a heart attack.

Dragon AU where Azula turns into a dragon for the first time and panics. Thinking she's a monster, Azula runs off but Ursa finds her hiding behind an old lighthouse. Azula tells Ursa to go away but Ursa doesn't and sits with her until Azula calms down enough to turn back human.

Ursa then tells Azula about her great grandfather Roku, the original dragon shifter.
