Food by Head Chef Simon Reid: - Arancini Balls - Prawn Sliders - Signature Rotisserie Chook - Cauliflower & Blue Cheese Gratin - Courthouse Slaw - Minted Peas Favourites were the refreshing bush lemon & butterfly pea flower gin, juicy signature rotisserie chook and creamy cauliflower & blue cheese gratin. This new revamped venue is huge - it was a great opportunity to learn more about: - The building’s history and the commitment to heritage preservation and restoration. - Two renovated courtroom spaces, jury room and holding cell plus new glass pavilion and outdoors garden space. - Judges of the past and various criminal stories. - The original dock – now with “Don’t judge me” neon sign. - The menu which is committed to fresh WA produce wherever possible. - Their 18 whiskies, 18 gins and 99 wines – reflective of the building’s original 1899 construction. - Their signature hero rotisserie chooks!
