Honestly, I find Josephine and Gabriel story massively tragic. He spent half of his life, trying to have back what he had lost, his love. His intentions was to revive a person, not to live infinitely. The more I look at them, more I realize that he knew it was anti-ethical to do it as scientist, but he still did many experiments.
The darkest fear, the deepest desire.
Resurrection of Josephine was that for him. His deepest fear because he knew that his technology could be used as a weapon to kill, but his deepest desire cause it was the love of his life. Josephine, on the hand, didn't look at that problem from the point of humanist scientist. She is cold rational one. Hereby, countless sacrifices and body stealing has begun.
That's why he left them. In 6.08 she is saying to him. 'I know the feeling that you love smn too much, that you can't lose them'
He loved her too much. Same as Abby. They both eventually blame themselves, because they know it's not right. They are not Gods to decide who should live or who should die
I guess the story with Abby and Kane are parrels.
Abby - Gabriel
Kane - Josephine.
Even age difference.
In 6.10 Gabriel will meet Bellamy and Josephine. And his hard decision will be the same. Sacrifice life or give the life to the love of his life. Abby already made a choice.
This is ironic. Going down that road again or not. His choice is to choose between what right and self-interest.
The Anomaly will surely take part in that. Maybe Josephine and Gabriel are the reason why it appeared on the planet. Maybe not.
Give us a new episode.

Okay, guys, not to be dramatic or anything.
I'm casually rewatching episode for details.
I think our anomaly is quite able to communicate. I mean in Gabriel's tent there re even letters all around. Is it a language? Cause in titles it changes from usual language to this! I get it as confirmation.
He even tried to circle in which period of spiral it has a special letter. Are they even letters???
@sarbear94 @clarkeywifey @detectivebellamyblake what do you think? What's it?

Bellarke and Lightbournes parents
I really see strong parallels between them. It doesn't even that matter from love perspective or from the point of their Dynamics(head and heart), but from how story developes
Two pairs of fairly strong leaders are placed to reflect each other as unions of history making. Planets fate.
They are leaders and both have daughters, j and madi. Whatever rott said Bellamy was aimingly presented to madi as a fatherfigure by Clarke. Don't even fight me on that. They are pLaTonIc family. Josephine and Madi, I could say, have something in common as j character lost her innocence and became physio. Russel obviously really worried about her sanity now and her mother is suker for her needs. Madi though is wobbly now. Her anger makes her blind and thriving to revenge, she can't see anything beside it. In perspective, she gonna loose her innocence too. Maybe even mind.. Bellamy is only one responsible adult she respects to soothe her and make limits. He would become eventually worried about madis mental health, as R about Jo's. Clarke and Simona are truly mothers who doesn't give a shit about anyone if their child or family are in danger. Theyre rationally aware of strategies they'll use, while their distressing husband run around with big eyes and knowing exactly when the plan is gonna work, who to inspire and how to pull the trigger. Not Simona, but Russell says thats right time to awake jo. Not clarcke, but Bellamy decides when it's time to fight, gather, make a move on new surroundings. They are talented tactics, charming and inspiring leaders but their logiс of actions sometimes has holes in it haha. Their wifes are good at seeing the whole picture and guides their temper to the right place. The burden of choice is way more on clarke and Simone, than on bellamy and russel.
My guess writers try to overshadow the end of the show by telling the Russel and Simone story beforehand about how they treated the moon, linking it with bellarke behavior and decisions of leaderships on Earth. Comparing them we could tell their stories are not that diffrent.
They both made horrible decisions together to stay in power and alive, to save the ones they love and to escape the death.
I even could say Russel and Simone story is probable future of Bellamy and Clarke.
The thing is clarke and Bellamy need to decide on which sight they stand on, which choice to make.
Lightbourne one - we don't live, we survive
Or 'we do better choice' we try to save our ability to be humans without selling our souls and being dicks to morality.
And now the quieston of choice is raised. It's should be resolved by the end of this season or the beginning of next one. how Bellamy and Clarke will manage to save themselves inside and out. Or will they?

Becho end is coming.
First, I'd like to say that I'm completely neutral towards Echo as a character. I mean, I kinda like her, I'm maybe interested to see her development as character, but not that much.
But for writers it was the most convenient to give us becho way to arrange bellarke relationships without any trouble.
But this couple is really poorly written. They got a background story, sure. They get along because they are so alike each other. Two flames? Yeah, but do we really want to put the world on fire?
However, they have zero romantic chemistry, do not complete each other, both are hot heads and get in trouble easily. They could be great friends, but romantic happy couple?
It seems they got together only because they hadn't another choice around and it was a safe space and escape for Bellamy.
My guess all becho will be over in max 2 episodes before the 'dance, dance' episode. When Bellamy will get Clarke back, I doubt he will be able to do anything to cope with his overfloating feelings. And Echo herself she will get a new love interest, we all know who it will be.*wink, wink *
Clarke is keeping Bellamy on his toes, while Echo is giving him definition of what he already is.
He did try to look after the thing he needed in Echo. Emotional feelings and support, rationality, cold head, sympathy, light and hope, reassurence in his actions from another perspective, sense of ethics and morality. Everything he is lacking of. But It was a fail.
When he looks at Echo, all he sees is his reflection.
Looking at Clarke though is not same. She gives him champagne bubbles under the skin.

THE 100 my thoughts of 6.07.
Well, me, finally, calmed down and rewatched the whole episode again.
The first thing is that this episode was splendid! I loved it all from first minute to the last once, basically was glued to the screen all the time.
I enjoyed the idea of space minds, because, firstly, it allows to see character deeper and feel their intention, fears and feelings through simple objects of reality, pictures, things. It also gave us a link to ‘Inception’ movie and pointed to Freudian concept of the unconscious. Besides, it also guides us to the Eric Burn theory that each person contains ‘child’, ‘adult’, ‘parent’ personality.
It was smart to use the rain as a metaphor of Clarke swings moods, chest with the code for her secret memory, also show us her dads video and Jasper glasses inside of it.
Her mind is constructed by series of locations. The reason behind is that Clarke really changed through all of her stages in life. Each one has its own meaning for her, as she grew from a young idealistic teenage girl to a grown woman, complicated and contradictory person. She became not only leader to her people, but also a parent figure. We could equate it to the thing of becoming a real mom to a child, who needs care and protection.
Clarke character this episode, her development was really thought through.
Lets try to analyze main locations.
First, we should compare how Clarkes personalities are connected with each stage of action. Second, we ll try to have a general concept of each mind space.
1.Spaceship
This place is where all Clarke memories lies, her story. I guess its just a hard drive to the whole computer, shortly her brain. There she is represented as ‘the princess on the spaceship’ and also as Wanheda, also as The Clarke ‘Madis mother’ ( Read it that way ‘child’, ‘adult’, ‘parent’) . These three parts of her personality show us the two parts of Clark, the peaceful one, rebelious one, guilty one. It’s her three sides, which are struggling to fight each other to prevail in behavior. She still has her child hopes. She still tries to be rigidity and consistency in her solutions. She now is accepting her responsibility, drowning in a blame for her decisions.
The Clarke on the spaceship is the Clarke, who believes that there is so much more than survival and fighting for life. She appears to be the most vulnerable one. Wanheda has the power of being more dark for the purpose of the survival and life. She is the dark side of Clarke who was formed by conditions of her living. Clarke from season 5 and 6 is Clarke who is trying find a peace for herself as a human, suffering inside from two sides of her world.
The lights and the colors in this mind space are truly melancholic and blue. I feel her depression and longing for sadness through this location. Clarke at the moment does not feel right at all, she is feeling down and she is losing hope.
2. The forest
Its totally the most dark place, therefore dark lights and night forest as the symbol of loss and deprivation. Its kinda blurry here too. The ruined throne of Lexa is her pain, which hides under the layers of self-control. There she loses her hope after fake memories of Bellamy. He is still that person, who has that strength and hope for her which she seeks. He is her last pillar of energy to survive and live, as the leader of her people. Because of him shes still trying.
‘You still have hope?”
‘Were still breathing’
But after the fake memories, she doesnt see any benefit to live as someone who can look for her people. Shes already dead, why bother?
3. The fighting pits and the Mountain weather.
Sharp and bright light. The fighting pits is another symbol of her guilt, though Bellamy forgave her, she coudnt do it herself. She didnt win her war with her demons. The BloodRena represent rage, anger for herself, crawled inside Clark. The Maya is the sigh of her moral system confused, her inner guilt for what she thought she would never have done as a child on Spacekru ship.
4. The home
The place where Clark feels most safe, focused and calm. Warm,
light colors and drawings not from her memories, bur from her feelings. The most significant drawings are Ebby, Madi and Bellamy. Its her family now. There she meets Monthy, there she finds her dad alive.
Its her heart in this home.
Her last hope is to live for Madi, as Monty reminds her. To be a mother to a child she raised. I mean, obviously, Madi is the last reason, why Monty as her mind protection appears. Monty was her friend, who truly figured that sometimes good and evil are twisted, and having burden of blood hands doesnt mean ure a bad person, but still means that its the best way to live and find peace.
There she is a ‘parent’.
Anyway, this Clark destination is to forgive herself and to start create something new through the ashes, to find something beside Madi, her people and Bellamy to live for. To heal and become more balanced.
Whats about Josephine?
Her line is connected to Clarke one, as their minds are tangled.
Let me say one thing, she is really hell of sociopath. I do not hate her as a character, but I do see the motivation of her behavior.
The thing is that in Josephine minds her father is the really important figure, affecting her the most through all stages of life. His voice is everywhere, in the library(her voice from childhood memories, calling him. reading letters). Through the door. He is shouting ‘The Sanctum is mine’. This pair could be compared to Odin and Hela relationship. Same spirit there.
Her brain structure is the library, completely rationalized and sorted. She doesnt feel mercy or regret, pity or happiness, pain or pleasure. She doesnt understand human emotions, as she is not able to comprehend them fully. By all sort, she is freaking genius(knows various language, deep in biology and science, gifted for art) but by the cost of her mental disorder. In her memories she adored herself so much that she could stop drawing her first body. She doesnt know what moral is. Its a blurry concept for her.
Her moral is to provide herself the immortality on all costs. She doesnt find it right or wrong to murder, to betray, to tortue. She doesnt care about anything but about herself. Not life of a newborn baby, her friends lover, her father could prevent her from achieving the goal. Its truly frighting and dreadful. She shouldn't be in the lead at all.
Read this to insure yourself that Jo is in fact sociapath https://www.mcafee.cc/Bin/sb.html.
And she knows that. Her hidden thing is the awareness on that. She doesnt accept it at all. She is savoring it, not trying to control or to restrict herself. Its caused by the trauma of guy who kills himself , but still not completely.
I also liked the referral to the predator behavior( dialogue of J and R, when they are haunting Clark), as the main concept of Lightbourne views.Besides, they regard science as the God for them, it means the complete refusal to moral question and ethics.
Josephin: I studied all species, insects are almost fascinated me the most,...ruthless. People theyre so messy, theyre too emotional.
Josephin: You, nulls, are more than worthless, you all don have positive value. You are less the useless. U delude the bloodlines...
So on.
From Clarks side theres a lot of talking whats right or what wrong, even with ALLIE. What defines God.
Its not a coincidence that she tells Monty about the God question, overshadowing Lightbournes things. About connection of moral and real life.
‘I dont want to decide for everyone, Just for myself’
Its a good thrust that through her mind projection of Monty she still thinks:
The end does not justify the means
Murder is still murder, whatever it brings after, peace or war.
She doesnt devalues the human life. Thats why Clarke is the best leader from the start. Her moral compass is always there to remind her that leadership should be based on clean hands, true intentions to help and grow, not in dark night, but in the light of a new day.
Clark also says: ‘Theres no joy without pain’.
For me, it sums up all of her personality. Meaning - to have something good, first sacrifice. To earn happiness you should feel the real anguish. But even after the pain, you are capable of finding hope and peace. Thats why she agrees to go with Monty and fight J.
That what differs Clark from Lightbourne.
She is still in a process of defining what decisions shed like to make, what person she should be. She senses and appreciates.
Lightbournes are in stagnation there.
The last few senconds
Bellamy is just the ‘heart’ all over the place. He is back to his natural statue.
That means head and the heart in work, which, I remind you, always the best.
Thanks for reading.
All the love :)

Psychosis.
Ive been thinking about the stage where all people loses their shit and do unpredictable things
what I figured out is that the red sun causes people to be their worst selves or to fight their demons( slogan of this season). All things that they did reminded me possession in horror movies?
this season writers really do a great job to write script, using biblical codes.
I mean the psychosis stage is the directed metaphor of hell! The aim of hell for people is to atone for sins while suffering through that.
Some of you asked back to ep 2 why Murphy was not that affected by all of it.
My theory that he forgave Clarck and Bellamy and let it go.
“This causes Murphy to escalate his complaints against Clarke's betrayal and how she and Bellamy have hurt him countless times throughout the years. He calms down when Clarke takes Bellamy's keys and admits that she is not a good person and whenever she leads, people get hurt.”
His demon was grievance. He beat him and end of the story.
Emori was shouting at Murphy and trying to stab him.
She was like ‘he will do the same thing with you as he did with me’ Or ‘you lost, John ‘
Pls, smn who does remember their story correctly, what happened between them?
I don't know anything concrete about their dynamic. Could smn tell me why is she saying that? what did Murphy do?
Jackson and Miller had a small dialogue about their story during Bloodrena times. Jackson said smth about U didn't do any horrible things, I did them all for u among the lines. Thats why I guess Miller demons is seeing suffering Jackson while he can't help. Though its just about physical conditions this time, not about inner misery as back to the season 5.
Echo demon is hiding in her story about how she was spy and probably betrayed everyone for her master.  And now she did change, she is still aware of the dark part of her inside.
Clarke demon was guilt. She almost killed herself, but I guess its still there and we will see it coming in the next episodes.
Murphy said to her’ good choice’  Now we see that characters are able to choose how to behave in this situation.
Bellamy though is different story, because his demon seems to be pride one. How he was fighting with Clarke back to first season for power and leadership. Though now they share it, there is still question who wears pants in this pairing.
- I don't need u anymore.
Another phrase from Bellamy is this time’u die not me’. It could be interpreter in a way kind of his desire to kill her or in another way because he feels guilty because he left her, betrayed her back to s4 and 5
Russel one was his conviction of sanctum ownership, lust for domination and control. Same as Bellamy ones, parallel again!
In my opinion, there are to ways to fight demon. The first one is recognize and confess to stay alive. The other one is to go on lead and escape misery, but never find salvation and to be fed to the trees.
It would be great to see other characters demons(Raven, Octavia etc). I guess in the next few episodes we will observe total madness of everyone during the Red sun.

“Long is the way and hard, that out of Hell leads up to light.” ― John Milton, Paradise Lost
Okay, another meta post. As fas as we know Gabriel was told to like metaphorical staff. By that I mean, Artur Miller play back to 6.04, all about false gods. Well, this quote, however, seems to be from ‘The lost paradise’. Ive read it a couple years ago in my university. Literally, it means that its difficult to be back from to despair to freedom. The book is about fallen angels  in hell, talking how it’s difficult to get out of there. I mean he said right after his small speech about ‘darkest desire-deepest fear’, which for him is Josephine.  However, it was said before the anomaly. We still can see connection between Lightbourne and anomaly, as well as, some links to ‘false gods’, respresentation of biblical tropes. In this case, is he talking about himself or Lightbournes in the anomaly?

The damn spirals!
🆗, guys!
I dont know if it makes any sense, but I found a small detail in Clarke weather room. I even rewatched the video from the second season to check it! Even the 📹 focuses on that for like 4 seconds on the painting! its too noticeable!
There is a picture on the wall in Clarkes room by Van Gogh. Its 'Starry night.' There is such a picture in season 2(as it turns out 😂, but still) . As in this show every detail is meaningful we gonna dig some information about story behind it, also the sense of this painting.
So, I found this:
The thing is that theres a SPIRAL AGAIN.
Do u know that Van Gogh used special brushstrokes to paint, guess which one? SPIRAL ONES.
‘Physicist Jose Luis Aragon compared the turbulent play of light and dark in such works as “Starry Night” to the mathematical expression of turbulence in such natural occurrences as as whirlpools and air streams. He found they matched very closely. Two other Van Gogh paintings from 1890, WheatField with Crows and Road with Cypress and ⭐ also feature this mathematical parallel. ‘
The mathematical parallel is actually about how ‘energy cascade — in other words, big eddies transfer their energy to smaller eddies, which do likewise at other scales,”
🆗, yup. Air streams has the spiral form too, yup. I remind you that the spiral is main symbol of this season, representing life, rebirth and immortality.
‘In his 2015 📓, “Cosmographics,” Michael Benson contends that the inspiration behind the distinctive swirls in the sky of Van Gogh’s “Starry Night” is an 1845 drawing by astronomer William Parsons, Earl of Rosse, of the Whirlpool Galaxy. ‘
The galaxy is the spiral form.
‘ Analysts of “Starry Night” emphasize the symbolism of the stylized cypress 🌴 in the foreground, linking it to death and Van Gogh’s eventual suicide. However, the cypress also represents immortality. ‘
Its believed that Van Gogh was inspired by fibanocci spiral and its energy movement. The concept of immortality, rebirth and streams of energy, going again and again in circles. Also, this painting was written during his suffering from mental illness, representing his way to express his fighting with that!
This symbols are killing me! How more spirals they gonna show us? I mean does it that anomaly will take Clarke too?

Inception VS the 100
The whole concept of minds reminded me about the Inception movie and how to seed an idea in smn mind by dream.
Don't think about elephant
Now u can't stop thinking about it, can u?
They also had special places and rooms where objects represented the dreamers thoughts and secrets. Like in this episode inside the Clarke box there is a secret space, where are Jasper glasses and her fathers video. Does it mean Clarke could imbue the idea in Josephine mind by, for example, rewriting her Books or changing objects. We all saw that she couldnt realize Clarke was controlling her to move fingers, so basically if Clarke destroys her mind space or just somehow reshape it. It will affect Josephine mind really bad or maybe her physical appearance. Lets imagine she'll burn her books, than her memories will be gone. Me as future neuroscientist think that personality is shaped by memories structure. Without them u basically lost, your mind just removed.
Also, Clarke even is able to change Josephine opinion and word structers from that room. Cause that room is just her full brain.

Unpopular opinion
I do think that Monty projection and desire to fight against Josephine appeared in Clarke mind because of her love for Madi.
Dont get me wrogh, I'm in love with bellarke.
But for woman and mother, the child is way more important than any lover. Than any man. That's why she actually left Bellamy in fighting pits.
So, I like Bellamy, but he is not the reason she is back in struggling at all.
That's why I'm damn confused about Abby behavior...
