I think the duffer brothers forget that THE beating heart of this series the reason it had gotten as big as it has is the bond between the KIDS
#THE KIDS#el mike lucas max dustin will should have formed a much much much stronger bond considering…#there should be soooooo much more emotional weight a lot more grief and trauma responses and like holding each other#they do a good job of hammering in the fact that the kids are much stronger together as opposed to apart#this is why they team up at the end and temporarily defeat the Big Bad Guy of the season#Ive always liked that it’s always my favourite part#but more often than I would like there are moments where the kids seem to forget about each other when theyre not in the same groupings#st teens need to develop object permanence still I guess..#duffer brothers hand me the pen#stranger things 4
