You just gotta face your discomfort, your fears and listen to your own silence because it really does say A TON more then than when you are communicating with others Dig deep and see what fulfills you yet challenges you the most. There is no method no technique no script to this just… just do it and learn through trial and error, ask for help, call someone… you never know what could happen in your life or how quick things turn You got to realize that it ain’t about how much but how good, it ain’t about perfection but progression, it’s about small increments and small steps towards what you want … it’s going to hurt many times, you will be tired MANY TIMES but just figure out a way to do priorities and set aside distortions Do you know who you are?
