W H A T • T H E • C L U C K ?! | I burned the chicken 🍗🤦🏻‍♀️. Needless to say, dinner was an unmitigated disaster tonight... everything was going so well, until I overheated the oil. While I hate wasting food, I have to say this was an excellent reminder that a) shit happens b) patience is a virtue & c) this definitely isn’t my worst kitchen mistake, nor will it be the last... & maybe, just maybe, this is the cosmos telling me to lay off the fried foods. The rice and grilled veg were fabulous, though.
