why did adobe charge me 650$ for an account they helped me cancel in october
#literally i got emails saying it was cancelled and a customer rep assuring me it was cancelled#and their website said i had no active plans.#i then stopped checking my old college account because i graduated and was told adobe canceled and sAW THE CANCELLATION EMAILS#they sent me apparently an email in december and one today informing me id be charged#ive talked now to both a regular service rep and a 'specialist' who told me initially i had no active plan and then after digging told me#'oh you actually do'#how. like literally they both had to spend like 15mn digging for this account ?? do i have a secret subaccount???#she asked me how i wanted to proceed and i said i want s refund and its been silent for like 5mn#im going bonkers#m text
