Just a complete random thought
Artificial Intelligence personalities in the media are so often portrayed as cold, dangerous, and sometimes even flat out hateful. Just look at stories like I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, Ex Machina, and even 2001 A Space Odyssey.
But I want to see a story about an AI that is compassionate.
I want a story about a super computer that grows out of control, and despite being in a position to destroy humanity, it looks at us and says “I love you all”.
