#im a fake fan (i have not watched the entire documentary)#i did watch the first like 25 minutes once and ive obviously seen the bonus features w the guys but#im sorry this is just because with the exception of like ex band members and other actual relevant music people (like todd rundgren)#i do not want to watch other people talking abt spars bc its partly like what do you know abt this band and also#if sparks have been so important to you why are you only saying it now .#OGH anyway my hot take abt the documentary. i get it and i think it was a good thing for the guys however#i wish it was a little more spars focused but i know they gotta keep up their mystique#the only reason im asking for this now is because of what im planning for my sparstember project#but like for real if it was just 2 and a half hours of the guys vagueing about sparks and going places well that would be better. to me#this is nothing against edgar either btw its just my own personal onion abt the doc
