Honestly whenever I think about the liyue archon quest I can’t help but feel horrible for Ganyu, like out of all the people living in liyue she knew Rex Lapis the best and is even said to be one of his longest serving adepti (longer than xiao and potentially even some of the other adepti we meet) and she found out about his death/watched it and then had to continue her work like normal? Like she must have been going through so much, not only grieving Rex lapis, but feeling lost and wondering what would happen to liyue, what would happen to her, and we see some of it in her story quest where she thinks she doesn’t belong in liyue anymore, but i can’t imagine what she must have been going through during that time, and having to continue acting like she’s fine and continuing to work like normal
