We are constantly focused on all that goes and could potentially go wrong in our lives. If we want to break free from this life of perpetual worry, and begin to experience our potential for greatness, we must make a paradigm shift. How can we succeed and propel forward, when we are unceasingly judging ourselves day in and day out. Fear of the unknown, self sabotage, resistance, hesitation...say hello to the shadow monster. Yes, just like the one in #StrangerThings. The shadow begins to forcibly grow larger, simply because we are afraid of our own light. What would happen if we soaked in gratefulness and spent our days thinking about all that could right, and all that is GOOD in our lives. The good news is that our bright light is all powerful and incredibly contagious. A sincere smile will beget another sincere smile, and this is how we will spread more love and light.
