Happy to brag a bit because "this just happened"... since having #ajh #nextgenprez @itsanaugust10thshrimp I have experienced the myriad of mental, physical, and emotionally highs and lows.. had some health issues causing high blood pressure and significant weight gain, even after I lost all the baby weight initially. I'm here to tell you...the #thriveexperience is real, and I am only 1 of many, to share how #LeVelUP has changed my life for good. Pre-Thrive Life: high blood pressure (157/123), depression, lack of motivation, tired, and weight at an all time high of 160lbs. Post-Thrive Living: Normal blood pressure (117/72), positive thoughts, increased motivation, still tired but that's that #momlife, and weight is back down to a healthy 145. Love this little breakfast spot.
