Having looked at ~2000 unacceptable bathroom mirrors, I’m beginning to think the real solution is NO MIRROR.
#perhaps some art or a portal to the unknown in its place#why is it#that the more mundane the object is#the harder it is to find a plain yet attractive version of it#baroque nightmares are a dime a dozen#tacky tragedies more abundant yet#having a similar problem finding a decent-yet-not-completely boring#toilet roll holder#yes you're right I've been shopping for the latter for ~10 months now#OK the problem is probably at least partially me#I just hate paying for something#unless it's actually the thing I want#if I have to settle for less than I want#then the seller needs to give me a discount or something#otherwise this all seems unfair to me#tl;dr apparently this stuck-up bitch is about to be forced into manufacturing#her own bathroom accessories#no one is surprised
