HE'S GOOD he's leading Mandalore!! also hanging out w sabine bc she's leading the remainders of Clan Wren (after coming to terms w her grief and culture bc thats what i'm pretending the Ahsoka show was abt!)

what does din think of sabine

Din has a lot of respect for Sabine!! Obvs he doesn't know the full extent of the emotional journey she's had accepting her whole thing as Last Daughter of Clan Wren but I think he does sense the similarities they have in their feelings abt their roles. There's also that shared conflict between being a Mandalorian leader (Mand'alor/ Lady Wren) and an outsider (child of the watch, never been to mandalore before/ left mandalore young) sooo they rlly do understand each other.

I don't think they become close friends per se (that would require emotional vulnerability from 2 traumatised mandalorians), but they become very defensive of one another very quickly and have a strong shared respect (:

(Plus they both get a buddy for when they visit their family at the Jedi academy!)

You stuck an image in my head with tl4j where the whole extended family comes back with everyone. Possibly a few days later. Everyone grabs their squad out of the pile and drags them to their masters.
